(Since people seem to like parodies, I thought I'd keep posting them as the mood hits me.)
(Edit: since there has been some confusion, this is indeed meant to be sung to the tune of Billy Joel's "Piano Man.")
It's 9 o'clock on a Weddingday, regular crowd glitches in
There's an old man standing next to me blending up a few dozen Slow Gin
He says Crab might I play you a musicblock, cause you might not know how it goes
And I just want to make you quite happy now, yes I want that badge, don't you know
Hear this old tune, you're the Crabby man, hear out our tunes tonight
I just know you'll enjoy this old melody so give us our badges, all right?
Now John on that rock is a friend of mine, he always gives drinks out for free
And he's quick with a joke, or an apropos quote that'll make global chat squeal with glee
He says, "Crab I believe this is killing me," as a pig ran away from his bag
"Well I'm sure I've been croaking enough by now, this time I should get that Hell Badge."
And the newbies are practicing harvesting while the oldies are cooking up stew
They're complaining about all the changes made but still eager to see something new
Hear this old tune, you're the Crabby man, hear out our tunes tonight
I just know you'll enjoy this old melody so give us our badges, all right?
Now all of those Glitches are mining nuts who never have time for a life
Yes they're sharing some tips about Ajaya Bliss and they'll keep mining all through the night
It's a pretty good crowd for a Weddingday and the old-timers give me a smile
For they know that it's free to keep coming to me every once in a day or a while
And the musicblocks sound like a carnival cause they're all jumbled up in my ear
So I put on my headphones again and again and keep hoping new tunes will appear
Hear this old tune, you're the Crabby man, hear out our tunes tonight
I just know you'll enjoy this old melody so give us our badges, all right?
