  • There aren't any apple trees, hun. You'll have to use a fruit changing machine and use cherries to change them into apples.

  • Here is the Glitch wiki entry for "apple", for what it's worth. :)

  • The trees in the game:
    Cherry
    Wood
    Bean
    Egg
    Paper
    Spice
    Gas
Only wood and paper are not used to be converted to some other product (that I know of)
    Hmmm. Idea brewing... :)

  • "Now the butterfly was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Giants had made. And it said unto the Glitchen, Yea, hath Alph said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the street?
And the Glitchen said unto the butterfly, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the community garden:
But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the street, Alph hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
And the butterfly said unto the Glitchen, Ye shall not surely die:
For Alph doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as giants, knowing good and evil.
And if you do die, so what? It is no big deal. Really. Ye squish a bit and cmoeth back.
And when the Glitchen saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, the Glitchen took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto the other Glitchen there; and they both did eat.
And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they quickly bought credits to purchase clothes from the Wardrobe.
And they heard the voice of the Giant Alph walking in the street in the cool of the day: and the two Glitchen hid themselves from the presence of the Giant Alph amongst the trees of the street.
And the Giant Alph called unto one G/litchen, and said unto it, Where art thou?
And it said, I heard thy voice in the street, and I was afraid, because I was naked except for this cool cupcake hat; and I hid myself.
And Alph said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
And the Glitchen said, The other Glitch whom thou loadeth on the same street with me, it gave me of the tree, and I did eat.
And Alph said unto the other Glitchen, What is this that thou hast done? And the Glitchen said, The butterfly beguiled me, and I did eat.
And Alph said unto the butter, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all piggies, and above every chicken of the field; upon thy wings shalt thou go, and bubbles shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
Which the butterfly though seemed like a pretty sweet gig.
And, said Alph, I will put enmity between you two Glitch, and between your seed; it shall have flame wars about gender in thy forums."

(This is why we don't have apple trees.)

  • Note: I did that at 3 am. I was somewhere between tipsy and drunk and extremely tired. If I offended anyone, obviously not my intent.

Also, I find the King James HILARIOUS! In a good way.
