I don't understand the clock of the game...

I'm having a hard time differing one day from another when the name of the day changes...that is if I can figure out what the flipping burgers it's saying.

Is this just something the developers made for the beta testing or is there something more strange and mysterious in the depths of this enigma? (if it happens to go anywhere deep that is...)

  • The Glitch day is 4 real hours long, so there are 6 Glitch days in one real day. That help?

  • The name of the days don't really matter atm. You can take a look at the Calendar here though: http://beta.glitch.com/calendar/

  • Also, this really helps: While playing, at the top right where the game clock is, click on the game clock. It pops out a little thing that shows how many real-life minutes there are until the next Glitch game day. It also shows you how many quoins you have found that game day and how much energy you have gained (because there is a limit) by meditation. Give it a try!

  • Sadly, Julie, it only works while game is running. But quite, quite handy nonetheless. :)

  • Great Giants! This has to be the best sentence ever written in the history of API docs.

"Recurse is not part of the regular week, so if the 11th of Eleventy is a Moonday, then the 1st of Primuary will be a Twoday."
