Yes. It would be soooooo coooool if we had this. So many of us missed it last year. But, there is always next year. I can only imagine how hard TS is working. No need to stress. :D Have a happy holiday everyone and all with TS!!
Is there something that will help to get an egg, like munching on Rubeweed?...I am at almost 4 bundles of grain (and I don't have the highest AK skills yet, so I only get 5 grain a squeeze - 5 streets of chickens and a community gardens pen full thus far), and still nothing...wondering if I just need to be more patient or if there might be some way to increase likelihood of getting an egg...thanks!
Well, at least this is one way for me to get a lot of extra grain for the still and piggy feeder!
ETA: Woot, just got one...1076 grain and 133 eggs later...got it by squeezing the chickens...here's hoping I front loaded all my negative returns, and get a bunch more...looks like patience works! :)
EETA: Second egg - 1441 grain and 277 eggs (since starting) ...still squeezing chickens seems to be my best option.
EEETA: Third egg - 2106 grain and 277 eggs since starting.
I got to 14 bundles and 906 eggs before completing the quest, it's pretty frenzied out there today and I'm sure the chickens will be hiding for weeks, grain will be real cheap too I reckon.
Had great luck with chickens, which produced probably as many as the egg plants. Extra eggs did not disappear once I got the trophy (which pops up in the inventory at the /home.)
Finally got my trophy at about 35 bundles of grain = 8750 grain. Minimal eggs - 243, but I was focused on chicken squeezing...(initially forgot about the gurly drinks, but ended up using about 5 once I remembered).
[The nice thing was I also got about 10K worth of currants at the tool vendor from the music blocks I got in the process.]
