Housing auctions?

In addition to selling the house to the Glitch game for 80% of its original price, we should be able to sell them for whatever we want and auction them off. There should be a user-driven housing market, not just a command economy of houses.

  • To an extend i agree, i believe that we should be able to sell it for anything from 70% to 130% of its value, if ya don't put some cap on it i could see certain houses getting ridiculous

  • Since the devs can create more housing any time, the market shouldn't be able to get too out of control unless they let it.  The main price difference would be in the number of trees and animals being left behind by the previous owner, which could be worth paying a little more for.

  • I think we have some good ideas here. There should be someway to build equity in your house.

So what if there were two options?
    1) You can pick the price, up to 130%, to list your house on the market for
    OR
    2) Glitch takes into account how many trees, aminals, and the like are in the house and incorporates that into the price it generates.

Might be a pain, programming-wise, but it seems fair.
