It seems to me that Glitch has a weakness when it comes to socializing, and that is that players are "punished" by loss of energy and mood for standing around chatting. This is especially bad at lower levels (exactly when you most want people making friends and socializing) as skills cost more and they are saving up for houses etc and aren't in such a good position to just buy or make more food just so they can chat. It's also bad for people who want to go AFK but keep the chat windows open so they can catch up on what was said when they come back from the toilet or getting a drink or whatever/
I suggest either AFK mode be changed, or a new "chat mode" created, so that a Glitchen in this mode does not lose energy or mood, cancelled if the Glitchen moves or performs an action other than chatting, trading, mailing or giving. Like being offline without BEING offline. Maybe automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if not renewed so that it doesn't encourage spawn-camping or encourage people to leave their Glitchen logged in all day straining the servers.
