I laughed, I wept, I enjoyed! Thank you, thank you for placing us inside our spheres with our fauna, and for ending on such a delightfully charming note!
Oh little FS Hopper we nere saw eye to eye
For each one spotted in the swamp was quickly passed by
Tho its too late now to repent for deeds so undeserved
I hope my pennance you'll accept when silence is observed.
And to all the other beasts who happened passed my way
I lift my thoughts from where they rest and share them again today
And when the remembering is over a tear falls from my eye
For Faunasphere so beloved and the bitterest goodbye.
Thanks for the poem Fae! I never had a Hopper though I always hoped to get one. So now I will only dream of them along with all my lost babies and hope that one day, in a dream perhaps, I will enjoy their company again.
WOW! So, so wonderful Sir Snyg! Thank you for that great memorial to our beloved FS! And I DID so love the ending! Made me smile through the tears! :')
Dave you done it again a wonderful reminder of our lost game (Faunaspear),
it brought tears to my eyes and i miss it so much and was so good to see all the glitches that played FS.
thanks very much ((hugs))
You did a lovely job! and i think for the first time since it closed i actually got a little teary when the part that it actually closed happened! (i seen my pretty little nibbler in your video!) i am SO glad i got to play glitch for a few days before the closing happened! (Then at least i could hold onto my anger for BFG, and start my love for glitch!!!)
Thanks for all the hard work David on making this...the ending was brilliant, as was the rest of the video...know you had a hard time getting everyone in...and appreciate you got as many as you did!! Thanks so much for a yet another fond memory of the glory days of FS...and a reminder that we take our party with us...(((hugs)))
OMG!!! i was crying as soon as it started! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you David!! A great, great tribute to all who participated in making Faunasphere what it came to be for the 2 years we had the privileged of playing! You did an excellent job of having so many pics of all of us. Yeah... the end was great!! Thanks for the laugh after the cry!! lol
Thank you also, for associating our Glitches to our fauna's. We lost one home, only to find another here in Glitch. Unbelievable, that no one can see the potential of a game, that was so loved. With the introduction of the new housing, and all the potential new content, i think Glitch is headed in the right direction. Looking forward to the new updates, and the continued involvement of the staff and developers, Glitch could very well be the next best thing out there!
......and no, this should remain in the General Forum, and not moved off topic.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU -- even if it did make me cry. I loved seeing glitchen with their fauna and spheres. loved seeing the various areas of the world. I'm sure I'll view it many times. i only wish that I had been able to send you a pic of some of my fauna. :)
Oh Wow, that is brilliant. Well done all of you who made this, it brought a tear to my eye remembering FS.
But now we have Glitch so it's Onwards and Upwards :)
What a marvelous video:) I am so blessed to have come over yonder with all of you guys...saw so many new and old friends in that clip. As much as we all love(d) both games, watching that made it clear what has kept so many of us in touch with each other: the wonderful friendships and fun we shared then and now...and I am so glad to know each of you, whether we met in FS or in Glitch. And I have loved watching everyone make friends and extend that lovely community spirit outward over the past year. To those who didn't play FS, I dearly treasure knowing you all as well, and I hope if you watched that, you can see a bit of why we were so excited to find the marvelous Glitch to keep friendships afloat and make new ones with so many like-minded gamers. Cheers to all and thanks again, snygyst--lovely work!
David your the best. What a lovely stroll down memory lane..thank you so much for taking the time to do this. Absolutely loved the Sargent Pepper's ending..you always make me laugh,my little brummie friend.
