I don't actually think this is a bug, more a result of game mechanics. Unlike repairing, which takes energy a bit at a time as the bar fills, crushing and smelting take all the energy at once when the bar finishes filling. So three times now, all the planets have aligned, and I have finished crushing rocks and (temporarily) drained most of my energy right as the constant energy drain hit, causing me to go to hell while on a no-no rush.
No biggie, I'll just start grinding a few less rocks each time so that I can't die if those two drains match up. The only real downside is that my screen gets flooded while rotating through the messages "You would have gained energy, but you're dead!" and "You would have gained some mood, but you're dead." But since we're unlaunching, it seems grinding/smelting might need another look. Taking a bit of energy at a time like repairs would be nice, and enable players to be more aware of how much rock Flaming Humbadas will cover before the buff times out.
