So, just a random thought, but I've recently run out of, well, everything, so I've gone on big harvesting hikes. At level 39, energy isn't really a concern for low-level activities like harvesting trees and animals. In fact, I've only used a gurly drink maybe once or twice - they'd be GREAT if they worked on singing to butterflies, but they don't.
Harvesting animals is probably the most frustrating activity in the game. Chickens run away from you, so you have to chase them down - or up, when they decide to fly away. Pigs stay put, but you're either moving from street to street to hunt them down, or they cluster together and you have to remember which ones you already got (or else do a lot of repetitive clicking).
Fecundity powder is really unhelpful at higher levels. 26 pigs hit with the powder might drop 12-20 meat total. Argh!
What about a potion that either freezes all the animals in place for a limited period of time - say, 30 seconds to 1 minute - or else lets you auto-harvest all the animals on a screen for twice the normal energy cost? It can be hard to brew to cut down on abuse and the extra energy sink should also help balance it out. We already have a drink that's easy to make - and, honestly, I get tons of them for free just by doing other actions - and lets you harvest animals for free, but the energy isn't what makes animal harvesting difficult. I thought this might be a nice way to let higher-level players take a little break from doing the same repetitive tasks they had to do at level 1.
