To place or not to place...an Icon?

Since we started testing the new housing, I was wondering where if anywhere Glitchens were finding the space to place their icons...I know we will make space ourselves when we go live again, but in the meantime I really miss having all my 11 icons out on display. I miss the random love or XP's they used to give me as I ran by them. Can they be placed in the home street? Or would they be lifted? I'm not sure if they would be "locked" out there..does anyone know?

  • The Icons are safe on the home street of your home.

  • The only issue with leaving them on the home street is that people can use them without tithing, so if you like to keep them running you may end up tithing more often.  However, you don't need to tithe to get the Giant love, AND/OR I've seen some really nice displays in some friends' back yards.

  • Due to lack of space, I've stacked mine in one place.  Can't wait to get/make a bigger house.

  • Thanks Carl good point..I stopped tithing mine when they got too needy..lol Now I let them give me random love or xps..well I did do..but at the moment their stored in a bag due to lack of space..and I don't have any room in my back yard either..so I will just wait, I think.. thanks folks.

  • I'd like to put mine in my fancy new digs, but they all seem to hover 1/4" above every surface I place them on.  Kinda weird.
