My furniture is not tradable

It is kind of a waste to have it sitting in my inventory. Why is some furniture untradable? It does not make any sense that something I have spent credits on can't be sold.

  • Did you check which furniture you were upgrading? It's possible that you might have upgraded the furniture provided to you when you get your house and it's stated in the menu that it's locked to you and can't be sold in any way.

  • The furniture with the dots are soul bound and you are unable to give them to anyone else. All other furniture made, bought, and/or upgraded can be traded/resold.

You could always ask TS to see if they would be willing to give you a refund or transfer the credit upgrade to a non soul bound piece of furniture instead as I don't think the soul bound concept was clarified in any detail until after R2.

I think it fair that every Glitch is given some soul-bound starter furniture to ensure that even the poorest of Glitches aren't forced to hock their wares to the pawn shop vendor when they are desperate and low on funds.

It does however need to be made clearer, perhaps in a pop-up when upgrading soul bound to credit furniture that these pieces are not tradeable and so buyer beware.
