I just found my fuelmaker

The one that mysteriously vanished completely, while I was dissambling it. Together with a few hundred metal ingots and some other small stuff (which I had not even realized was lost), all picked up at the same morning, put into my inventory and... suddenly had not been there any more.

It all had gone into 3 very, very old bags in the moving box that was part of my inventory at that moment. Client support told me that other people had experienced similar problems, so my advice would be: Check out all those old bags which you know are empty and which you have no use for anymore.

Your stuff might be in there.

Of course, however it glitched into there, is a mystery. ;)

  • Yeah, moving boxes were definitely not designed to be carried around with you indefinitely while you're doing stuff in the game. If you are going to carry them around, you do so at your own risk!

  • So the moving boxes don't like movement?

Shouldn't they be called "We want to stand around boxes" then? ;)

  • Yep! I had that same problem! Except when I first emptied my moving boxes I put what I thought were empty bags into my cupboard. So today when I went to grab an empty bag, lo and behold it was full of all of my missing items.

  • The moving boxes have already moved so they're tired and don't want to be moved anymore.

  • It took a long time for me to find everything, don't forget to check your bags!

  • Yeah, those moving boxes were tempting "bags of holding" except that you couldn't put anything into them unless there was already some of it in there.  I used mine as such for a few days, but eventually unpacked them once I'd moved the high volume items into SDBs.
