I have no idea how to get my game to full screen, Help!

Windows 7, Firefox, Res. 1920 / 1080 (recommended)

My xp finally bit the big one and I'm borrowing this 7

Has anyone ran into this and discovered how to set it right?

Thanks

  • hm, ctrl and + - might make the screen size change.

in firefox you can hold ctrl and use the mouse wheel, that might do something.

i duno, i never have that problem.  i use an old black and white tv for my monitor..

  • Thanks elf, but that does nothing for the game  :)

I was using an old b&w tv also, it finally gave up the ghost.

  • The game doesn't do "full screen" the way you're thinking of. That's probably max game real estate you're seeing there.

  • No, but it did cover a much larger portion of my screen on my xp.

  • ah but the xp might have had a lower resolution to begin with -- the same size on your son's screen would then take up less room.

  • At 1920 x 1080, there will be a lot of empty space on the sides like that. You can lower your screen resolution to something smaller to make the game take up more of the screen visually. What are your possible screen resolutions for that monitor in the Control Panel Display options?

  • Li'll Missy, go with either the 1024x768 or 1280x960. Looks like the one your using is an 16:9 ratio monitor so either of those two modes should work nice and still make it bigger. :D

  • Hopefully TS will unlock the browser based scaling of flash content (scaling everything, not just the viewport which the in-game /zoom feature handles) .... sometime...

  • Just FYI, not using your native (max) screen resolution "stretches" the pixels and basically blurs and reduce the quality of your display...

  • 13 mil. what?

Basically, the pic is not so good, and the rest of my puter is HUGE!  I know there is a fix, another player had the same issue, but doesn't remember how it was resolved.  I know someone has to have come across this.  Thanks for the help I have received so far.  :)
