Rock Actions Should Have Priority Over Animals

Mining can be an "Enter" button frenzy, especially in a crowd. There is nothing worse that a butterfly swooping in at the last second and I end up singing (poorly) to it, sapping my last precious bits of energy. Pigs are just as bad, and don't get me started with chickens.

Please make mining action takes priority over animal interaction. Heck, give rocks priority over all other objects, including items dropped on the ground, tombstones, etc.

Thanks!

  • Can't you just double click on your pick instead? That way both miners and gatherers are happy.

  • I think that came across as a bit more terse than intended just thought you might not know about it. Sorry if I offended!

  • While it might seem reasonable right at this moment because you're mining, the first time you're passing through the heights and go into a piggy nibbling frenzy, you'll be upset because a rock got in the way.

  • But even if the rock gets in the way of the pig, the pig will still be there, ready for nibbles, if you slip and get the rock first instead...whereas a shared mining effort on a rock = no rock chunks for you, no bonuses for your added participation for your friends.

  • Note that double clicking the pick does not seem to work on some rock shapes (the narrower ones for sure). So the problem still exists.

+1 for changing the priority. Or adding an option of making the mining of a rock continuous until the rock is gone.
