In its current state suggesting new features or changes on glitch is very cluttered, stitched together and unorganized.
To put it into an analogical form, its like throwing your bottle (ideas) into a sea of bottles (ideas forum) and pray it gets the attention of the devs/community. Looking through the sea of unsorted bottles is a very inefficient way to find good or popular ideas from the community.
Now the question is how do we fix this clunky system?
How about instead of forum posts with replies, Idea or suggestion posts with votes and optional comments?
Also a sorting function to find the newest or the most popular ideas...
A good example of such system would be Playstation's Share.Blog Community site...
I would suggest Customer-Company platform such as GetSatisfaction
Edit:
Upon further research... Tinyspeak started a community as a test on the GetSatisfaction platform...
It would the be the perfect solution to providing feedback to customers....
DISCLAIMER: I'm not an employee nor advertiser of GetSatisfaction, I'm only offering recommendations based on personal experience with companies and organizations that have used this platform to connect with their users. Frustration of lack of connection with the developers and community (I know they can't reply to every single response, but its hard to see any community-inspired changes or additions)
