High-Class Hoe maybe not so High-Class...

Sure, it has the dramatically improved durability of 250 instead of the lowly 50 of the standard hoe.  It is consumed at a rate of 5 durability at a time though.  Virtually all of the other tools (or maybe even exactly all?) are consumed at only 1 or 2 durability at a time.  It seems to me a lot like a High-Class Hoe should have 500 durability (100 plots worth) or at that hoeing your plots all up ons shouldn't be so ridiculously hard on your hoes.  I only have 2 large plots at my house and I only harvest them about twice a day if I get around to it, and even with that I break my hoe every single day.  Just seems a bit excessive.

  • Your High-Class Hoe is using 5 durability at a time because you purchased the

    Hoe Down upgrade card:

More aggressive hoeing gives you more Imagination but wears your Hoe (or High Class Hoe) down faster.

  • Yes, I suppose I did, look at that.  I only vaguely remember that upgrade in my mix of 220+ upgrades I guess.  The real question is this:  Is the boost in imagination worth it?  Perhaps not.  Guess the next new feature is the "I hate this card it's totally not worth it I want my imagination back."  :P

  • Just thought I should mention that there is a topic about it that goes into a bit more detail (a few numbers) about what you get when you buy the upgrade card.
