Discussion: Dumb question re: using an SDK

Okay, this is a total development 101 question, bear with me.

I've got Eclipse with the Android SDK/ADT running no problem.  And I've messed around with some simple Android apps, so I've got all those basics down.

I've downloaded the Glitch SDK............now what?  I'm not looking for details of how to create stuff with the SDK, that I can figure out.  But (and forgive my ignorance of technical terms if this is confusing) how do I, like, load it into Eclipse to access the SDK methods?  Do I just create a new Android project and somehow add the SDK as a resource or something?

I have no formal development training. Once I've got a development environment up I am pretty handy at actually writing code.  But these kind of environment management tasks always leave me baffled.  And all my searches for help online lead me to instructions on how to install the Android SDK, which I've already got handled.
[Disclaimer: I'm not really an Android developer, I just pretend sometimes]

I've not tried out the Android SDK yet, but I guess the simplest way would be just to copy the files into your project, and add the sdk/src folder as a source folder in your Project Properties.
