Trial Subscription Expiry Email

I started a trial subscription in October and upgraded to a full, paid subscription before it was over. No trouble there. However, I just received today an email stating that my trial was coming to an end.

As far as I am aware, I still have a recurring Copper subscription set up, due to auto-renew on the 23rd. Can you shed some light on what is going on?

  • I got it too. It was probably just a database error, it happened before. Nothing to worry about.

  • I've been trying to upgrade my subscription, but all I get is a screen saying something to the effect of, "We'll be adding that functionality back soon; please check back in a few days."

    It's already been a few days, though.

    TS, any idea when that option will be available again?
