I was thinking about this the other day. What if there were a bonus phase for street building that was similar to a shrine where you could drop in certain things and receive a larger than usual bonus for it and whatever was dropped in the most would add some kind special attribute to the street itself. So, if you dropped in a bunch of meat to this bonus phase, the street would more regularly offer meat bonuses for nibbling. Or, if you dropped in a bunch of poison, the average lifespan of trees in the area would be diminished. Certainly, there would still be some kind of list to choose from, and it would work more off a time limitation than a quota system, but it would allow for users to have more implementation into how the world develops. I don't think this should be available to all street builders, maybe a special bonus for the Top 5. It might not be something doable, but I think it would add an interesting layer onto the process and it would encourage people to be more involved in street creating to get a larger bonus.
