mostly you're better off to simply mine elsewhere than to camp for a key or to buy it at grossly inflate prices at auction.
...unless you need it for a completist badge, in which case your best bet is to hitch aride with someone who's going. there are people who will charge you for it, but there are also kind people who will take you for free.
For what it's worth, every time I've wandered into bliss, the rocks were gone as fast as they spawned. I found way more to mine in the surrounding streets.
Summoning can only be done by someone already inside Ajaya Bliss who has learned Teleportation 5, and can only be done 2 times per game day. Usually people who do this will require some sort of "compensation". You're far better off just standing outside the door and asking people who walk up if they can get you in. I always take hitcher's when I go through a locked door.
By the way, I posted this earlier in the Pro Tips topic, but since we are discussing Ajaya Bliss I figure this would be appropriate to post here too:
Ajaya Bliss is great for low level miners because on average you will hit a rock once before it disappears thus using only 9-10 energy, and if you get to the rock fast enough you should be getting 26-30 bonus chunks per rock, that is about 10 energy for roughly 30-35 chunks of sparkly which is a great return. The reason this works in favor of lower level mining is because since you take such a loooong time mining each rock you can get more people on the rock AFTER you. That is the key to mining bonuses, the more people who "help" you (mine after you) the bigger the bonus (which caps at 30 when 9 or more people mine after you). However this works AGAINST people with mining 3 and 4 because it's hard to get 9 or more people mining after you within the span of 4 seconds. If you have mining 3 or 4, it is much more beneficial to go solo mining on Earthshakers than it is to group mine in Ajaya Bliss. The higher levels of mining are more dependent upon jewels to make money, thus the more times you hit a rock the more chances of getting a jewel. With level 4 mining you can mine 4-5 rocks with one Earthshaker which grants no energy loss while mining for 3 minutes. You will gain mass amounts of XP with zero energy usage, which is the other benefit of solo mining, more XP. In Ajaya Bliss you will gain almost no XP. So let the noob miners have Ajaya, if you're a seasoned ore buster try doing a solo act.
As has already been said: Just wait at the door, somebody will often let you in.
I took half a dozen people in there yesterday myself.
Most of the people at Ajaya have understood, that more people inside means more benefit for everybody: More bonus chunks, hopefully more people who radiate energy, and, over all, more fun. This is a cooperative game, after all. And cooperation is clearly rewarded, especially in Ajaya.
You can actually find the key, if you want to. As with most keys in this game, it is hidden not too far from Ajaya itself. Finding the key is actually funny, once you realize how to get there. But I won't spoiler that.
I spent the 1695c to get the teal-white key for Neva Neva to get Completist for Callopee and invited others to join me in...(some thanked me...some didn't) yet DIDN'T get the completist even though I methodically crossed all trails off. What gives? Is there any way to access a "roads taken" list or the like?
The Encyclopedia on this site has a list of Locations sorted by zone, and you can click on each road individually to see if you've been there. One hitch - some hidden or special roads are not in the Encyclopedia or on the in-game map.
TRB4: Thanks very much for the detailed breakdown on the mining efficiency! It's helpful posts like these that make me like the Glitch community so much.
So there is a Callopee completionist badge now! Do you have to revisit all the streets, or will it automatically get rewarded if you've already been to all of them?
