And, thank you for teaching me something. All this time, I've imagined that the "Salmon" are really just plain old "Fish", with a nondescript taxonomical lineage. Then, when we choose the dish, such as "Cedar Plank Salmon", that is when the become Salmon.
I'll bet if I go look in my bag right now, I'll see they are "Salmon" and not "Fish".
They probably are just fish, but the only two recipes I recall are salmon and lox :D I've never bought any myself I don't think, though my house got efisherated once as a gag.
