If we can only drink one at a time now, could we at least have a few beverages which are worth drinking? Since the mood nerfing at launch, it's nearly impossible to keep mood at full green unless you are rapidly and continuously performing mood-enhancing actions.
Pumpkin Ale gives +50 mood, but pumpkins are only available for a few days every two months, and the ale is expensive to produce. Every other drink gives much less mood (perhaps +30 at the most?), and even drinks with periodic mood-enhancing buffs only give tiny boosts. Since they're relatively useless, I only end up making drinks as party favors, when the ingredients literally appear before me; the rest of the time, I use massive amounts of butterfly milk.
If the mood boosts of existing drinks scaled according to player level, that would work too.
Mary, the mood from the buff with Savories depends on your current mood, so if you're at red, you would barely go up any.

Drinking more than one buff drink has always been bad. The bulk of the mood boost comes from the buff. I've always stacked drink buffs. I'll drink one each of cloudberry daiquiri, cosma-politan, and slow gin fizz. The drinks+buff give a total of 200 mood for each round. That plus meditating will fix my mood pretty well.
This is great. Now I would like to see a limit on what can be fed to piggies. This morning I was going to get seeds for my garden when I accidentally fed a pig all 500 potatoes.
