The recent bug which deprived many of us of half of our inventories was fixed, thankfully, but left some of us with a bunch of blank generic notes where our beloved poems and notes from friends should have been. TS did an amazing job of restoring our belongings, and a huge kudos to them for what must have been a herculean task, but I for one feel the loss of my personal possessions keenly.
One of the things I lost was a poem written by an unknown player titled “The World.” I found it months ago, in the mines in Callopee/Pollokoo I think. Rather than leaving it for others to read, I selfishly picked it up. And more regrettably, rather than paying attention to the author, I just stashed it in my collection of goodies. I reread it a few times, always intending to befriend the player who wrote it, but never quite getting around to it. It was an amazing poem, and deep, and sad, and lovely, and I miss it.
Any of you out there drop a poem titled “The World” in the mines, or anyplace else? Anyone find a copy of said poem? Please send me a copy, and I promise this time I won’t hesitate to friend you…heck, I’ll even send you some fiber from my dust-bunny stick as a thank you. Thanks in advance to our swell community….loves.
