I came here to write about the awesome experience I had with the game support. Today, in game, I was fooling around with my friend in his house. I picked some spice off their tree, and then raced 11 of my cubimals to show them off. My friend, however, was annoyed that I took their spice, and decided to kick me from their house. This caused all of my cubimals to not reappear in my inventory! Now here is where the great staff support comes in and saves the day.
I filled a bug report at 11:24 EST. I have dealt with other company's tech support before (>.> microsoft), and was expecting to wait 24-72 hours before I would get a reply. To my joyous surprise, I received a reply one hour later!
The staff member, whose's name was Justin, was incredibly helpful. 12 minutes after I replied to his initial response, the cubimals were restored to my inventory.
So I just want to say it again, thank you Justin and the rest of Glitch Support. You turned a bad experience into a great one!
