haven't been able to get in the game for 3 days.

i have sent tickets but no one has been replying. i haven't been able to get in the game for 3 days.  my glitch's mood is less than 50. i'm lucky my energy was full before the error.  i'm quite sure my glitch is about to die if my issue doesn't get resolved.

can somebody help? devs? do you know what's going on?  below is the error i keep on receiving whenever i try to enter the game:

  • Don't worry - your energy and mood doesn't decrease while you're outside the world. In fact, when you next log back in, they'll both be at 100% is it'll be a new day.

    I hope your support query gets actioned soon, though! Good luck.

  • Have you tried clearing your web browser's cache? Which web browser are you using?

  • Until the devs get back to you, you might like to try some of the measures suggested in this bug report, which seems to relate to a similar problem.

    And don't worry too much about dying; since we're figments of the giants' imaginations, death isn't fatal for us Glitches.

    i am on a macbook pro 10.6.8 and i'm using firefox 7.0.1. i have uninstalled and reinstalled it.  i have also uninstalled and reinstalled  flash debug.  i have also cleared the cache, shut down and restarted a couple of times  but i haven't been able to make it work :(  i was playing 4-5 days ago and it just stopped working about 3 days ago.

    i just really want to get back to playing lol.

  • I usually have better luck using Safari than Firefox, though I haven't had the issue you are having.

  • I did reply to one of your tickets Krungy, and you closed it soon after when you got in which is cool. :) You updated it but I have not been able to get to the update yet. Sorry! Basically the client isn't able to load some of the game assets, so, there's some connection issue there.
