Thousand year eggs? Kimchee?

There is a strongly European bias in the cookery ... all those cheesy sauces, tetrazzinis and hearty stews. There is some Americanized Mexican in there, but it's pretty boring.

How about well-aged eggs, kimchee, tofu, sukiyaki, and other interesting foods. If we have rice, why can't we make sake?

  • Probably a longshot, but a fermentation skill would be awesome - kimchee, sauerkraut, cider, miso, NATTO. And I'm dying for some tofu.

  • Thousand year eggs are a bit extreme. Probably a 111 year old egg. Tiny Speck should probably invent a term for it (because a Nelson egg sounds weird and western).

Else, I absolutely agree. It would also probably be best if new instruments were introduced as well, like an oven that you need to keep and thus use in your basement at home :p

We would also need coconut as a new fruit...
