Urk. For some reason we can't find a player for you. Please submit a help request and we'll get things straightened out for you as soon as possible.

Just created a new account ("the manual way"). Get an error along the lines of all servers failing (one liner, should have copied it... dangit).

Here's some helpful data for recreating my error (and tracking down the line in the logs).

Time: approximately 12:12am (give or take 3 minutes) US Central.

OS: Mac

Browser: Chrome 12.0.742.91 (reporting itself as up-to-date).

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_7) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/12.0.742.91 Safari/534.30

  • Hey there! You tried to do something when our developers were doing some work on our servers, and a lot of things were not available. I can see you don't have a player created from the account you have. If you want to give it another try, please do; we can fix it if it still won't let you.

  • Hey kevbob... yeah if you could work some magic and have it make me create a new character next time I login, that'd be great. Otherwise, I suppose I could just remake my account. Sorry for the long response time... it's been a pretty busy month for me. :)
