Very belated Halloween pictures - more Zilloween pumpkins!

Being the wonderfully brilliant person that I am, I .. uh, entirely forgot to upload these pictures from my camera until today... a month late.  Better late than never!  <-- Multipurpose excuse: awesome.

The photos of Lem, blurriness included, have been posted here before.  The photos of the other three are new!  I apologise for how shaky my hands were; the camera has a delay I haven't yet figured out how to remove, and on top of that I was giddy and freezing my tushy off.  I'm in the part of Massachusetts which had that freak snowstorm on the real Halloween.  These pumpkins were actually put out on November 6th, because we were out of power from Halloween until Wednesday and the town decided to reschedule to avoid having toddlers trip over downed power lines.  Baby en flambé à la nylon princess costume wasn't their idea of a good holiday.

The blurry dog in the window for image 2101 is Gus, my soon-to-be four year old Lassie-style collie.  He kept coming to the door and staring at me as I sat there on the front walk with that funny flashing rectangle held against my face, giving me pointed,  "You could have me out there with you, you know.  There are people!  There are bushes!  There are people walking PAST bushes!!" looks with the occasional petulant doggy bark to make sure he had my attention.

Hello Pumpkin was the most popular by far.  Everybody from toddlers to groups of scantily clad teenagers with Smartphones commented on it (or took pictures to post on Facebook).  Zille was mistaken for a cabbit more often than not, receiving much adulation for the horns which admittedly look more like rabbit ears in my iteration thereof, and Steve terrified small children all night long.  Poor Lem was a bit worse for wear by then after a week of being snowed and melted on, so nobody much commented on him that day. The poor Giant looked more than a bit like a fangy monster in need of dentures...
