remove beta forum stuff?

Any chance all that beta stuff that does not apply anymore will be removed? pretty confusing doing searches and getting year old topics and would expect things may have changed..

  • Maybe an 'Archive' page will be made?

  • I think we are ready for a touch of an expanded forum.

Yes, the current "General" should get moved to some sort of Archive section.

Add in "Groups" and maybe "Events" or something (this is for my selfish desire for a central place for things like parties and stuff like the lottery and the like).

"Idea," "Bugs," and "Off Topic" don't need to be archived of course.

  • Don't REMOVE stuff!!!!!

When you delete threads (especially controversial threads) people argue forever after about who said what and there is no longer any proof and the lies start flying.

    +1 for archive

  • I think archiving Bugs at the same time as General would actually be a good idea.  Why show alpha and beta bugs when searching for current problems?

  • I am a total newbie to this and can totally agree that +1 archive, those that don't know history are doomed to repeat it :D

  • +1 Archive or and a warning at the top of the archive page that everything contained within is old stuff. Relevant maybe, but old :P

  • I can go for archive. But only stuff that really isn't applicable. Stuff like "Where can I get papers" and "how do I find salt" is still good reading.
