  • This would distinctly give an in-game advantage to subscribers (which TS says they don't want to do). Also, who's the judge of "unique?"

  • Someone did this on their own in the game and gave me a note.  I thought it was a cute and sweet gesture.

I don't know about needing a badge but I really liked someone else noticing ( Though that isn't why I dressed how I did)  and I still keep my note.

Things that come to mind would be

    1. takes some of the fun out of dressing oddly because others will assume your just going for a badge.

    2. not really accessible to all players because some people choose not to get subscripts and should not feel like that keeps them from getting badges.

I wish you good luck with your idea though!

  • I thought Fur meant that you get certain clothing/items from only completing achievements or quests.

  • ^ That is indeed what Fur meant. "Achievement/quest-based clothing," not "clothing-based achievements/quests."

Anyway, I guess it shouldn't come as any surprise that I support this idea :)

  • yeah, i'm not sure how subscriptions entered into the picture.

i suppose if a subscriber completes the achievement/quest they could get bonus credits, that would give more incentive to subscribe and reward current subscribers.

  • The easiest way would be to create a category of "free" clothing that is directly related to badge achievements.
So, for example, a mining helmet that lights up for folks with high level mining related badging.
Or, perhaps a set of overalls related to AK achievements.
Or, perhaps a welders apron for high levels of smelting.
    The possibilities are rather endless.
