Hi,
as i am missing the possibility to plan my harvest trips i looked into the possibilities given by the glitch.com website. As the mechanism for setting your waypoint is really easy using a simple request to the homepage, i built a bookmarklet which would make it possible to switch to the next waypoint after you have arrived at a location.
Before i put this into a web app... a question to the devs:
Is (ab)using urls of the main web page, which allow functions which are not in the API, ok with you or should i wait until setting waypoints has been incorporated into the API ?

this is pretty cool! we should add this functionality to the web api, but in the meantime this is ok.are you doing this through a bookmarklet, greasemonkey, chomre extension, or something else?

... as i somehow got an "it is ok if you do it", i just created a proof of concept web application which allows the creation of routes / trips. After that the navigation is realized using the bookmarklet, which if activated when arriving at a waypoint will set the next waypoint.
As it is just a proof of concept it is not guaranteed to work, but feedback is welcome. The application can be found at
glitch.djangoserver.de/
If this is not okay with you devs, just say so...

I love this! When I added all streets of one region and I can't scroll down for drag a bookmarklet to my bookmark. Can you add the scroll for the bookmarklet side, please?

also testing it--wish the image was image mapped so I could just click on the street in the map picture so it was more intuitive to flow from street to street
