Piggy Plops

I just wanted to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to the wonderful devs/TS staff for making vegetable seeds easier to get by feeding the piggies.

  • Yes, what a wonderful relief, thank you! And it's hilarious how they walk around leaving plops occasionally in their wake...

  • Wait... What's the difference? havent you always been able to feed pigs and get seeds? Lol

  • I assume Mystify is talking about being able to feed more than 3 at a time to get multiple seeds at once...

  • Does anybody have a detailed breakdown of this?

  • YAY! Thank you TS!

  • Yes, it's so much less tedious now!

  • @ WalruZ I do not have a detailed breakdown as such, simply that I fed a piggy 32 parsnips in one go  and received 11 seeds back.  When I examined the piggy plop I also didn't have to do each plop individually as before, as they all changed into a pile of 6 seeds from 1 plop and 5 seeds from another plop.  Thereby, making this process far quicker. Thanks, T.S. :D

As an aside, I am guessing that with the new ease to obtain seeds and with everyone able to have garden plots very soon that the produce vendor and the rest of the seeds from the vendors will be phased out relatively soon.

  • I have a feeling that there's an upper limit to what you can feed the piggy, though I'm not sure what it is. Last night I fed a piggy 501 cabbages expecting 167 seeds, but ended up with about 20 seeds.

Of course, I might have logged out before the piggy was finished...logging...out...

The change log says you can feed 'up to a whole stack'. So probably best to get all the seeds from one stack before feeding another stack
