Question about Upgrade Cards

If I purchase a coin multiplier card at 20% then another @ 50% and then another @ 100% (which I did) if another card comes around that offers me a 50% upgrade...do I purchase that too or will it drop my upgrade back down to only 50%?

I assume the more you purchase the higher it goes, so I've been purchasing all the multipliers regardless of what percentage they are at. I hope this is correct, I'm gonna be bummed if I wasted that 100% multiplier card.

  • It adds up to your multiplier.
You currently have 15.6 for your Multiplier- you can see it here.

  • They all add together... and keep on adding.

To infinity? I guess we don't know yet if there's a cap, but all the ones you get add together.

  • To do a little math, you would end up with a total multiplier of 220%.  So, if you get a quoin that is normally worth 1 currant, it will be worth 2 currants to you.  And if you get a quoin that is normally worth 10 currants, it will be worth 22 currants to you!

  • Wait, I hope I did the math wrong.  You should have an original 100% multiplier by default, otherwise you wouldn't get anything from the quoins.  So, your grand total should be 320%.  Someone will have to double check this against the cards they've collected...

  • Yep!

I have a total of +160% in quoin multiplier cards and my quoin multiplier is 2.6x!  So, there is an default 100% there!  Yay, science!
