I'm noticing a lot of half-mined rocks lying around some of the streets of Ur, particularly in places where mining is not the primary occupation. So, I thought it would be a good time to re-introduce to our new players who might just be starting out mining an important game mechanic: Rocks don't regenerate unless you mine the whole thing.
If you leave part of a rock mined, then it will stay like that until someone finishes the job, leaving only a few bits of rock available to the next person. Once mined all the way to the roots, Rocks regenerate, giving another Glitch the opportunity to get a full load of Dullite or Sparkly or whatever.
This is not meant to shame you into doing something, but more a gentle nudge from one miner to another. We miners of Ur find that following this common courtesy of mining a rock all the way through (if you can) means we all end up more efficiently using our resources. And, I'm sure Zille (to whom rocks are sacred) and Spriggin (imaginer of roots and regeneration) will look kindly upon you for it too. :)
