Mailboxes on Home Streets Please?

We used to have a mailbox on every old street that our houses used to be on. However, we do not have mailboxes on our new home streets. Please add them back so I can check my mail without running around for 10 minutes looking for a street that has a mailbox.

Thank you!

  • ^What AC2000 said.

Though they won't be in the form of the current mailboxes, apparently.

  • Pleeeese do this NOW!!!  I am worn out trying to find a mailbox.  Sometimes I walk 5 or 6 streets before I can find one.  I have tons of other things to do.  Rare mailboxes are NOT convenient.

  • @ Mermaid - I love the resource Guide but the mailbox list is not yet complete.  yesterday Bortola was not listed and today it is listed but in incomplete.  There is also a Mailbox on Mien Evoke.  I suspect there may be a mailbox on every street that had housing.  They are still an aggravation to find though.

Yesterday I told one of my friends, "I'll mail it to you."  She said, "Don't Mail it!".  Now we have to go out of our way to find boxes and at this time there is a good bit of sharing.  I feel like I am on an archaeological dig (something I was once employed at) and have to wait for the weekend and drive over dirt roads for miles in a rattletrap old truck to get mail.

  • Will the new mailboxes or whatever the replacement is have a way to leave gifts for people whose street your are on?

I would like to be able to leave a gift or a note for someone whose home street I visit, but I want to make sure it goes to that person, not whomever else might wander through.  Especially if they are not necessarily contacts/friends, just people whose street you might admire, or whose goods you might have enjoyed on the trade route.
