Am I Just Imagining This?

Live Help says nothing has changed. But I'm noticing a significant difference today in how long it takes me to make the transition between levels in my house (and in other houses, too). It suddenly seems much slower to me. Has anyone else noticed this? Am I losing my mind?

Edited to add:

And before you ask, no, it's not a lag issue. It's like now, instead of a more-or-less instant whoosh, it's a sliiiide.

  • There seems to be some kind of slide going on in Game of Crowns as well. Perhaps they are related? I dunno about intentional or not :)

  • Like you're bumping down actual internal stairs rather than using some sort of greasy fireman's pole.

  • I got it too. very bumpy ride all over, feels laggy but not quite. Cant quite put my finger on it.

  • The devs wouldn't have purposefully slowed the level-changing mechanism, right? I mean ... would there be some reason to? It's not a huge difference, and I'm not complaining. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't making it up.

  • I got it too, moving from one floor to another is like a slow-motion slide for me.

  • Another new 'feature': when releasing the camera view, it moves back to where you are real slowly instead of snapping back immediately as it used to.

  • Why does the camera even move back at all? Oh wait, that's a completely different subject.

  • That happens to me now and then, when I've been playing for a long period of time.

Or when, as it has turned out, the devs were working on something...

  • You don't REALLY have to worry until you find yourself going, "WHOA! Déjà vu!" Then, YOU RUN. :-P

  • I actually like the new movement between the floors.  It does give more of a sense of travelling up and down the stairs, and makes the house more homely in a way.
