Caption Contest - Week of 12 December

The contest is now closed.

Who's up for a caption contest? Each Monday we'll have one photo that is interesting, weird, funny or just plain Glitchy, and you come up with a caption for it! Competition closes on Friday, and we'll pick out the best ones. You can submit multiple captions, though only at most one will be selected. Winners get a small amount of kudos, and the best one gets a Cubimal Box!

Sounds good?
Here's this week's: i.imgur.com/km4Jc.jpg. The Bureaucratic Halls are bugged! Handiwork of the Occupy Glitch movement, or too much time spent on Farmville and not enough on paperwork?

----------------------------------

Thanks to all those who entered! A small amount of kudos to the following:

3. The wanted posters for the notorious bug-bandit, Broken, were plastered all over city hall. - Warrender

2. Even hard working civil servants deserve a vacation once in awhile. Thanks to Joseph K.'s brother-in-law's extermination business, the bureaucrocs managed to get a couple of days off. - Kookaburra

1. Birds Break Bureau in Bonanza Bruise Bug Burglary. - Louhi

And of course, a Cubimal Box for Louhi! I already have an image in mind for next week's contest, but feel free to send in your photos for consideration. There will be a small reward if your picture is chosen.

  • Pictured above: The bureaucrocs faking an insect infestation and claiming the whole building needs to be fumigated so they can play this game someone told them about. They were told it's even better than Farmville and it only costs them three SWF blocks to play.

  • Was this photoshopped or were there really those Known Bug signs outside the Bureaucratic Hall?

  • They're not photoshopped.  They are actually in the game right now.

  • Nobody at the BAAMD thought it was funny when Kookaburra submitted their taxes listing "-1" for dependents.  Suddenly there was a division by 0 and everyone had their red tape privileges removed.

  • After all the talk about reaching across the isle, they still couldn't work out a budget and had to shut down.

  • Glitches in the building cause the Bureaucratic Lizards intertubes to clog and they refuse to issue papers when they can no longer access their facebook accounts to play farmville.

  • Finally, the chicken found a way to cross the road - by putting up signs that will banish all those pesky glitches from their way!

  • The Bureaucrats eagerly waited for the Exterminator to arrive. It's a shame they haven't yet released a pest control suit.

  • The chicken walk away from the scene of the crime. No one suspects the chickens. No one ever suspects the chicken.

  • (1st chicken) - "I always knew those bureaucrocs were a bit buggy!"
(2nd chicken) - "Well, duh!...Otherwise they'd be playing Glitch, not Farmville!!"

  • For once, truth in labeling.  Can we get some of these for the US Capitol?

  • Chickens leave the scene after a visit to the Bureaucratic hall when they heard that the Bureaucroc's pet insect "Known Bug" was reportedly broken. Realizing that they were unable to open the locked doors of the hall, and that the Bureaucrocs refuse to part with their beloved insect, they leave in vain, murmuring to themselves, "We'll get you someday, Known Bug. We'll get you and eat you. You can't hide in that hall forever. Squawk!!!"

  • Panicked bureaucrocs hastily shut down operations for the day when a known bug in Farmville prevented them from accessing the game. At present, they are still looking for ways to resolve the matter. So far, there has been no update as to when Bureaucratic Hall operations will resume.

  • Chickens have enemies. That's why Humbaba gave them trees. Well, they were baseball bats, but the chickens know that baseball bats are what Humbaba wanted trees to be used for.

I'm pretty sure the chickens beat the bureaucrats with baseball bats. There's no other (logical) explanation.
