  • I would rather have a fence, too.  The sticks keep the animals in such a tiny tiny area these days.  They seem cruel.

  • There are upgrade cars that allow you to adjust the stick radius.

  • The Piggy/Chicken/Butterfly Control Freak Upgrade Cards works wonders!

At the "Very Wide" radius setting, my piggies' roaming radius is the same, if not wider, than the pens = the width of three fruit trees placed with ample space in between for feeders. :DD

(If you wanna go for something disturbing, look at those with the "very tight/ tight' radius - it's about 1.5 inches with up to 40 piggies inside...) O__o Strange to think that the devs could come up with such a narrow space.

  • +1
I would much prefer a pen for my pigs than a stick. Perhaps we could craft them with the construction tool like we do all the other wood items (furniture, poles, etc.)?

  • I would like to be able to set up two of the same type of stick in the front yard, but not raise the maximum number
of animals per street  ~that would allow us to 'break up' our animals into two smaller and hopefully less crowded herds. =]

  • I miss the pens. They just LOOKED nicer and made more visual sense than a large herd milling about in one mostly unmarked area.
