The 2nd one probably wouldn't be making a comeback as that picture is old and vendors are now available in most locations. As for the 1st, I believe they may have updated that location to look the way it does now... it seems to look a lot like the Tower "adventure." Lol.
@Erine i haven't had the tower quest but i have wandered through the tower before. i always get really, really, really lost though. looks like i'm gonna have to start looking harder :P
the 2nd image isn't of a place with vendors, and now vendors are everywhere.
the 2nd image was of a concept called the market hall, which was a location with no vendors meant just for in person trading.
nobody used it. we were told that people would start using it once the population of glitch got 2 to 3 times larger. when that didn't happen, the market hall was not brought over in the transition from old to new groddle.
interesting about the market hall. i still kinda hope they'll bring a system like that back eventually, maybe get rid of the vendors altogether (or at least mostly).
do i just have to wait til the tower quest randomly shows up in my log, or is it triggered by something? i'm pretty anxious to do it now.
I believe you can complete it if you're level 12 just by going through the tower to the last door. It is not given by the magic rock but it is very enlightening, you might say.

Could be, although there's no big cactus to the right of the caravan in the current version of that street and there's a similar place in the first stage of the main tower quest so it could be either.
Your best bet is to look up the wiki. I spent hours in the Jethimadh Tower a few days ago. I went to the wiki to find the locations to all the keys. Then I went into the Tower. Then I discovered there are 11 hidden spots within the tower and I was set to complete it.
It took me a really long time even with the wiki at my side but I couldn't of done it without it.
I'm really hoping more new areas have quest spaces like this. My favorite part of this game is discovering the seam streets.
Here is a link to the wiki key locations and what door needs what key in the tower.
you guys weren't kidding! i think that's my favourite thing i've ever done in glitch so far. had to refer to the wiki a little bit and spend a little money on a key at auction (i got impatient!) but it was totally worth it. i hope there are more adventures like this in the future.
You can do it again whenever you like for 100 currants, you'll get another reward item too. That character is a lovely bit of art in my opinion. I agree that there should be more like this, preferably with more to do.
