Dusty Stick repairing

Hello!
I'm not sure if this is bug, or maybe I'm just slow on noticing things, so sorry if I have opened new topic about usual and expected behavior. I just noticed that I can repair my Dusty Stick by dragging it to tinkertool. It costs zero energy and then can be unleashed again without waiting for 4 hour to reload.
Again, I'm so sorry if this isn't a bug I just thought its a bit wierd.

  • I just tried this and now I'm hoping it's by design!! (tho I'm sure it's not) But it sure answers my question when I saw someone having a ton of them going at once lol

  • Nope. No more repairing the sticks. It was fun while it lasted!

  • It was SO MUCH FUN.  It's always alarming when TS fixes the fun/harmless bugs so quickly, leaving the horribly annoying ones (frozen chat windows!) in place for ages.

Well, at least I got to try it out once </3

  • Where can you find a Dusty stick? I don't have one.

In this case I imagine that an item has properties that can easily be amended, perhaps they just had to tick a box, or write  tinkertoolable="N" in the code around the Dusty Stick to fix it.... whereas a chat window freezing is unlikely to be fixed by changing a parameter.  (or if it is, it would take a whole lot of investigation to find out which parameter was freezing the window)
