- Teaching recipes: Maybe it could be possible to write down recipes and sell/give them to people (if you're sufficiently proficient in writing/bureaucracy of course).
- Lots of quests that involve 5-10 people of varying skill levels/sets.
- Group quests which require everyone to be together at once.
- Group quests which allow everyone to work at once, but in different parts of the world.
- Group quests/projects which allow everyone to contribute whenever they can over a long period of time (like the street projects).
- Build a collection of associates (people you have worked with on quests) automatically so that later you might choose to friend them properly. If these people are ranked in order of their interactions with you, this could be useful for deciding whether to friend them properly.
- Multi-layered quests. Individual highly-skilled quests might result in a certain item that's required for a group quest.
- Ability to repeat certain quests (like group ones), but for far less personal gain on repeat.
- Some sort of human charm skill which goes up when you complete group quests and/or gain associates.
- Some sort of questing bulletin board and/or way to search people for skills so that people can put together a group for group quests.
- If a scan of your profile showing your friends/associates could also give you a quick scan of their level and expertise (and whether they're online right now) that would be awesome for putting together group quests.
- Taverns/Cafés as meeting points for questing and just general places to hang out and chat about the game. Maybe with semi-regular party times or questing meets.. you could get an alarm clock to tell you when the next one is. :)
- Maybe a quest involving hanging out in the tavern and emoting with the bear and other actions a bit.
- IM that isn't limited to such a small window and has pings for name mentions..
... and probably much, much more.
