Grrr. Why 5 Purple Flowers in one stack?

This is driving me nuts, obtaining Purple Flower five at a time.  It takes 23 to make one Essence of Purple.  Why would we need almost 5 complete stacks of something, a third of a big bag, to make a single essence?   Please change the number of these in a stack.  This is like buying Coca Cola by the eyedropper full or chewing gum by the millimeter. Growl!

  • I would just like it if the flowers/plants and seeds all stacked in the same amounts.

  • Stacks of about 25 each would be ace, if we couldn't get better stacking than that (like, maybe, 50? or 80, like a lot of the veggies?! AWESOME!).

Stacks of at least 10, consistently, would be nice.

I don't do much with the herbs, actually, but it still plagues the (OCD? Type A? Neatnik?) part of my brain that likes things consistent, tidy and organized and gets fidgety, somewhat grouchy and slightly petulant when stuff isn't "even" somehow: MUST FIX UNEVENNESS...BUT I CAN NOT. Argh

Memorizing all the different stack values is a bit difficult...a full slot of this fruit or veg is 80, but this fruit or veg is 100. This ingredient stacks to 40, this ingredient stacks to 12. Seed packs are stacks of 50. Poo is a stack of 40. Meat stacks to 60, milk to 80, grain to 250...unless you bundle it, then you get 5 bundles holding 1250 grain. And so on. I don't see a pattern anywhere, it is all frightfully arbitrary.

Initially I was thinking that the stacks were supposed to be worth roughly 1000c each, and that made some kind of logical sense to me, and then I quickly found out that this was a very flawed theory indeed and so that was definitely not the logic used when determining amount of items in a stack (or which stack at all!), and I am now at a loss to figure out what system is being used, if any.

This may or may not be the place to add the frequently repeated gripe about not being able to bundle any common harvestable (except grain). Why do we not have fruit crates for 5 stacks of 250 cherries, egg cartons for 5 stacks of 250 eggs, milk pails for 5-10 stacks of 80 milks, cords for 5 stacks of 250 wood planks, metal gas canisters for 5 stacks of 250 vapor, etc.? Sure would be nice, and would make housekeeping at my hoard-y home a lot easier. :)
