Poker/Tarot Card Decks.

Clearly using an online game's Tarot cards for any actual sort of prognostication would be a little bit strange, but it would be fun, and regular poker decks would be fun too- you could play all kinds of games with other people.

  • Table games would be pretty cool. Something like Blackjack would a nice little game to play with other glitches in your spare time. It'd even be more interesting to be able to wager currants.

  • It would be fun to have decks of cards. They could even come in different styles; fun for collecting! :D

  • @ScillyGirl5- that's more interesting to me than any other aspect of having Tarot cards; I mostly just wanna see what they'd look like lol. For that matter, since it's a slightly different universe, they wouldn't even really have to be much more than Majors (and then they could be Ur-themed rather than Rider-Waite- i.e, "0: The Rube" or "15: The Rook" or something).

  • If they worked like dice, turning up random cards, that would be pretty neat.

Also, they'd have to be Glitchian, of course, and not like actual tarot cards...

  • Definitely. All of what you said. I think it'd be more interesting if it was linked to some sort of randomized draw that could reward or penalize. I know there are already die that can summon the Rook, but perhaps it could be somewhat like the game-show wheel, only with buffs and debuffs rather than objects- in other words, maybe a scoring system could work where certain combos of cards give, say, completely refilled energy and mood, whilst other combos could result in losing 50 currants, or turning a gem or two into dullite. It'd be even better if there was a way to draw down against others in a two-player game of some kind, with the accompanying wins and losses.
