Alpha subscription expires next week

Did anyone else get this email?

Hello Glitch Tester!

Your free Alpha subscription expires next week. No action is required
from you: if you don't do anything, your avatar customizations will
eventually revert to the free options* (but you'll get a grace period
after the subscription has expired before that happens).

To view your subscription details and account history, you can click
this:
beta.glitch.com/account/sub...

If you do want to take action, there are two options: (a) head over to
the Wardrobe & Vanity to set up your avatar the way you'd like it to
look after the subscription lapses.

See: beta.glitch.com/wardrobe/ & beta.glitch.com/vanity/

Or (b) choose from one of the three subscription options available now
for testers and take advantage of the special discounts we've created to
thank everyone (so much!) for all the feedback. Glitch would be pretty
cruddy without players, so we truly appreciate it.

See: beta.glitch.com/subscribe/

Thanks again,

- The Glitch Team

  • That subscription date don't mean a thing....   (If it ain't got that swing.....)

Just keeps gettin' bumped back until we go live.

But, by all means, go BUY!!!!!!!

  • Not this time! Free subscriptions will start to expire on June 7th, one week from today.

If you started your free subscription some time in the last 5 weeks then it will expire some time after that (we'll send you an email a week before it does).

The expiry date on your account page is now accurate (it was always accurate - we just kept changing our minds ;).

  • Not in the next few weeks, for sure. We had intended to start expiring free subscriptions once we had paid ones available; it just took a lot longer than we had planned.

Some people have had their free "month" subscriptions for over 10 weeks :)

  • Okay, are the monthly subscription options going to be available by then or not until go live ?

isn't eventually longer than soon ?

  • Divine: we're not sure yet. they wont appear in the next couple of weeks, but we're discussing it.

If you're waiting for a monthly subscription, i'd suggest getting any subscriber-only-plus-credits clothing that you want, before your free subscription expires - we wont take those away after it expires (we'll take away subscriber-only-but-free clothes a few days after your subscription expires).

  • So I bought 500 credits when you guys started selling them. I thought they came with a subscription of some sort...was I wrong?

  • @Devine

stoot said that monthly subscriptions would become available after launch
Posted 19 months ago by WindBorn Subscriber! | Permalink
  • Double Rainbow: I think you're talking about this offer:

"To thank you for making Glitch better, whatever you purchase during beta testing will be doubled when we launch. It's like a 2 for 1 sale: we'll automatically deliver a matching number of credits into your account on launch day for every purchase you make now.

But wait, there's more! For every $10 you spend during Beta, you'll also receive one 100-pack of credits and a free month subscription to give away to friends. It's nice to be nice."

That will happen when we go out of beta - you'll get 500 more credits when we launch, along with 2 gift-packs. You'll be able to gift 2 other players with a month of subscriber status and 100 credits.
Posted 19 months ago by Bees! Subscriber! | Permalink
  • Does that mean we can "gift" our friends already playing Glitch or someone brand new?  100-pack of credits mean what like the credits we already have?  What if we can't find anything to buy, I keep looking but can't even seem to take off my shirt and try on something else aghhh.  Wouldn't it be better to buy/pay just before launch so we could see all the new stuff that will be coming out?  This reminds me so much of bookkeeping which I am really poor at.  I appreciate any and all suggestions to make this easier to understand,  Thank you  xoxJulie

  • This feels like a back-pedal on the long fixed statement 'subscriptions are free during beta'.
If on one hand you've been saying 'free during beta', and the other you're saying 'not going live yet', and the other you're saying 'we've been counting your days towards monthly expiry since you started' without making that clear... somehow I feel like someone has pulled a fast one.

I for one am feeling pushed into paying for something - a subscription no less - without all of the product details being made available. It's like test driving a car with only the engine in it then being asked to buy.

Editing to add: While I often trust in the direction Tiny Speck has taken creatively and from a business stance, there are still way too many TBD and 'soon' and 'down the road' and 'eventually' statements... too many questions associated with subscription benefits. It also feels like we've been sold on 'free for a month' but given 7 days notice of an end date, but never notified of the start. Tough noogies for those on a fixed income I guess.
Posted 19 months ago by Travinara Subscriber! | Permalink
  • xoxJulie: It can be gifted to people already playing, or new players. It can *probably* be gifted to people who already have a subscription, to extend it by a month (though i'm not certain we've decided that yet). If there are no clothing/vanity options you like, then hopefully future ones will be more to your liking; post in the ideas forum if there are things you'd really like to see. We'll keep adding new clothing choices every couple of weeks - that wont end when we go out of beta.

    Travinara
: where did we say subscriptions were free during beta? i don't think we did, but if so, it was a mistake. when you activated your free subscription, it said a "free month of subscription". yours has lasted a little over 3 months. that's a lot more than was originally intended, but we weren't going to stop anybody from being able to subscribe just because we were too slow to get real subscriptions built. if you don't want to buy a subscription on the basis of the things that are already set in stone (you get access to subscriber-only clothing and vanity features, along with a monthly supply of credits for copper/moly) then just don't buy one! you'll be able to keep playing, for free, forever. if you choose to subscribe later, that's cool too.

  • I think it's great that subs are going to expire! Many have been wondering if subscriptions are "worth it," and now we can see. And we get the added benefit that we still have the opportunity to subscribe at Beta rates if we decide we want to maintain subscriber status. Sounds awesome to me!
Posted 19 months ago by Mac Rapalicious Subscriber! | Permalink
  • Bees! - that was the message we received when 'subscribing' before the recent change. The 3 months I think is the last time I activated a 'subscriber only' item (or perhaps the date of the reset). I for one would have appreciated a bit of notice before activating my 'free month', because logically I would have activated it as late as possible while waiting to see what the game actually becomes at launch time.

Guess I still don't get it.... 18 days after you roll out subscriptions they'll be enforced.

  • Mac, didn't we already get to see what the game was like without subscriptions? We all had to indicate we wanted to sign up for our free subscription, as they weren't automatically given to us without that acknowledgment. As things stood, they didn't look too different, but only because the game is still so new, there haven't been any referendums, and the selection of items in the Vanity/Wardrode are still limited.
Posted 19 months ago by Cerulean Subscriber! | Permalink
  • I don't think people are getting a realistic gauge right now of the differences between having a subscription and not having a subscription because we have had free access to so many items in the wardrobe and vanity that are free to subscribers only, ever since we have been here. Also we have received free credits, so basically I think some things are being taken for granted. Also, the subscriptions don't actually start being used up until the game goes live, and yet you get all the perks now. Really all you are doing is locking in your discount beta subscription price. Besides more wardrobe and vanity items there will be teleportation tokens and furnishings/decorative items for our houses and who knows what else they will come up with. I personally haven't been disappointed yet and would hate to pass on the discounted price now and not only lose the immediate perks but also have to pay more to get the cool surprises that become available down the line.

  • I also received the end of subscription email and realized I have a few more questions about subscribing.

I was looking around the Glitch website and I couldn't find a link to any kind of legal information about Tiny Speck. I'm sure I've probably just missed it. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful!

I hope it's okay to ask this question here, if not please feel free to move it to the appropriate place. As the exchange of money for goods and or services (ie. subscribing) is governed by laws I think it fits here. It doesn't seem important enough to really deserve its own Forum thread :)

  • I have to say I think everything was communicated pretty well. I joined in march (middle) and from day one I knew what to expect. Got an alpha 200 credits for free...later on they said in june the subscription was going to end. That was why I kept asking for paypal. I wanted to have the same benefits ( special creditpack and the deal after beta) from people who already paid with creditcard and did not want to loose my avatar. (keep the nose and so on)
I bought the best subscription available...and not feeling ever being pushed into something. Like I recall Stoot saying: you can still keep playing for free. It is all vanity if you don't your glitchavatar to change (or something like that). But I like the way my glitch is now, I am waiting (patiently) for housing changes or other items. I am packed with credits...SO I ahve to say: I am ready for all things to come! :-) Bye from the Netherlands

  • Just a comment for Tiny Speck about your purchase options for subscriptions; on any other web payment screen I have used you don't actually make a purchase until you get a second chance to look over what you are buying and make sure it's what you want. I may not be explaining it well enough, but usually you pick what you want and enter your payment info (or choose to use a card previously used like w/your system) and then you go to a recap screen and then are given the option to actually make the purchase. With your system once I picked my choice of subscription I was given the option to use a credit card already in the system, use paypal or enter a new card. Since I choose to use a credit card in the system I hit purchase and the purchase was made. It is streamlined and quick, but since usually you go to a second screen to confirm the purchase it seemed rather abrupt.

  • "I hit purchase and the purchase was made"

I must admit I was a little surprised by this too. Whilst I admire the efficiency of the process, I was really expecting a confirmation screen at that point...

  • Dandilion: I just looked and there is not much on our site, so, for now: Tiny Speck, Inc., is a Delaware corporation headquartered in San Francisco, California. Canadian operations exist inside a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. corporation.

So, we got some U.S. laws, some Delaware laws, lots of California laws (and a sprinkling from other U.S. states where we have employees and, of course, Canada and British Columbia; but the US/DE/CA laws are the ones relevant to you as a purchaser).

(Soon we'll have docs on the site; it's just been a surprisingly slow process getting them online.)

  • Gizmospooky & Dopiaza: are you talking about purchasing from a saved card? Or the first time you bought something? In the former case, if it does not currently have a confirmation, we will probably add one cause it probably should.

In the latter case though, I guess because you have to look at the LARGE TEXT  (with a "Change?" link) saying what you are buying while you fill out your details, it doesn't feel like it needs another confirmation step.

  • To explain my opinion on this matter, there's a bit of background: I came from another MMO a year or so before I started this, which I had been playing since the first day of open beta. To begin with, the microtransactions within the game were very minor; some clothing here, a bit of extra experience there. They promised to never put anything game-breaking in the cash shop, because they believed that people that spent a lot of money shouldn't be able to get much farther in the game than the non-payers. A few years of the game running, and now you can spend hundreds of dollars in their cash shop and pretty much win the game. I'm happy that I was wary of buying anything from that game to begin with, as I know people who did who ended up quitting because the game just got...well, dumb, for lack of a better word.

I guess I have "once burned, twice shy" syndrome with paying...and it really doesn't help that there aren't too many solid rules that I can rely on. For example, in some games I've played it's against the rules to share a character or account, and in others it's alright, but I'm having trouble even finding something that lists rules of that sort on the website at all - things that would get you in trouble, possibly being banned and losing your subscription altogether. There's also the matter of there not even being a privacy policy or a terms and conditions on the site, which hopefully will be up soon so those worries can be alleviated. I feel like the ability to pay has been activated prematurely.

I know this sounds a tad harsh, it's just the little things that worry me, lol. I still do love the game.

  • This has probably been asked before, but if (giants forbid) the game doesn't actually go live, or goes live but closes before the year is up, will subscribers and credit purchasers be issued refunds?

Also, I know what Travinara is talking about: on February 14th, alpha testers were given credits and subscriptions, in order to test them, and as far as I can remember, there was no activation required.  We were just all subscribers.  Then we were given more credits on the 24th, with the message, "Thanks for testing ... keep testing!!!!" so we did.  Eventually someone noticed that our subscriptions and/or credits were listed as expiring the next day, so some of us went on spending sprees, only to learn later that the expiration date was incorrect, so we could've saved our credits for later.  Oops.  There was definitely a conversation at some point about testers not having to pay to test, which would obviously be nuts, and I, too, was under the impression that wardrobes and subscriptions would be free through beta.  That impression disappeared once we were given the option to buy credits.  Then we were told that free items obtained as subscribers would be removed from our wardrobes once we were no longer subscribers, but free non-subscriber items would stay, but there was no way to tell which was which.  Now some items are marked as subscriber-only,  so I guess those will disappear, unless we bought them with free credits.  I figured that I'd look pretty funny after June 2nd, when my subscription was going to end, but now that's June 7th instead.

So yeah, there have been mixed signals for the last several months, and the large number of questions being asked about subscriptions and credits leads me to believe that more concrete information is needed on the buy-stuff-here pages.  Some official notice of when the game might go live would be helpful as well, because frankly, it's a bit odd to purchase virtual clothes and some vaguely-explained benefits for a game which is only available occasionally, especially when we are still testing, and things are still buggy and crashy.
Posted 19 months ago by glum pudding Subscriber! | Permalink
  • glum pudding: "and as far as I can remember, there was no activation required" - nope. You chose to activate a subscription by clicking on a button that says "Add a month of FREE subscription". I'm sorry if that was misleading, but it's possible you've just forgotten - you activated it over 14 weeks ago.

You are free not to purchase anything; there is no obligation and you will still be able to play. Wait until the game comes out of beta. You will only miss out on having subscriber-only clothing during the beta and on the reduced pricing.

Items in the wardrobe and vanity have always been marked as subscriber-only, ever since we launched those features. There has been no change there. You chose to put on subscriber-only clothing and we prompted you to upgrade to a free month subscription.

Credits have never had an expiry date attached (they never expire). Only subscriptions expire.

The game does not have an official launch date, otherwise we would tell you. To answer what happens if it doesn't launch: As has been said elsewhere, it will launch. We just don't have a firm date yet.

  • @Bees!
I bought a 500 credit pack a few weeks ago, and suspect I will buy another even though I have already subscribed.
Will I be able to give the 4 monthly subscriptions and credits to one person, 2 or 3, or must they be spread amongst 4 players?
Also, if I give a player 1 month, may they also receive a month or more from other players?
Finally, subscription purchases will not increase the numbers of monthly "gifty" packets one receives, will they? The offer says something like, "for every $10 you spend in beta," but I take it to just mean what is spent on credits, correct?
    Thanks for your time. ♥♥♥
Posted 19 months ago by JW Subscriber! | Permalink
  • JW: We're stopping the free gift packs offer today (but any credits purchased today, pacific time, will still get them) - we'll continue to double any credits purchased, but after today there will be no more 1 month / 100 credits gifts to give away.

You'll be able to give the gift packs to anybody, regardless of whether they's already received a gift pack or have paid for a subscription. Giving a gift pack to someone with a moly subscription will increase their subscription by a month, still at the moly level. If you have 4 to give away, you can distribute them to between 1 and 4 other players in any combination you like.

Only money spent on credit purchases (and only those made up to and including today) will count towards gift packs; subscriptions already have the benefit of being half-price.

(These answers are subject to change, but we're fairly certain that this is how gift packs will work. We just haven't built this yet)

  • Bees!: now that you've mentioned it, I vaguely remember the subscription button.  Regardless, we were certainly under the impression that we were supposed to click the button in order to test the subscription part of things.

Of course I don't feel obliged to purchase anything; I was just trying to explain why some people have been confused by what they have and have not experienced and read.

I should have been more clear in my other post: the subscriber-only clothing wasn't marked in our wardrobes until a few days ago, so we couldn't tell which clothes we'd be losing if we didn't resubscribe.  Now it is clearer.

The difference between credits and subscriptions was unclear until subscriptions were introduced for sale, so people were under the impression that their alpha testing credits were going to disappear on a particular date.  Even after the subscriptions were introduced, there have been tons of requests for clarification.

I know that there's no official launch date.  Without one, there's also no sense that the game will be available to play 24/7 at a particular time, so there's much less of an impetus to purchase credits or subscriptions.

Anyway, I suppose I should've started all of this by explaining that I'm just trying to help, as is Travinara.  We're here to think critically.  :)  We've gone from "test everything" to "test everything, and test some things with your own money," which is odd, and daunting to some people.  Others are happy to give TS money as a thank-you for letting them test.  I currently have no personal monetary investment in the game, and probably won't, so this isn't about me.  It's just about what testing has been like from the standpoint of credits and subscriptions.  Even at the end of the post you made a few moments ago, there's a "subject to change" clause.  It feels a bit like throwing darts at a moving target.

  • Sorry, but I'm really disappointed in the staff response on this topic thus far. It feels like any honest feedback over confusion and mis-communications isn't really wanted. We're not making this stuff up, we didn't forget.

It's taken several threads, lots of questions, umpteen clarifications... so there's obvious confusion. Let me try to explain the disconnect without once again offending the staff and evoking a defensive response.

In the winter, when you clicked on a subscriber item in the wardrobe... the pop up image stated it was a subscriber item and had  the message 'subscriptions are free' during testing - no mention of payment in 30 days.

We also received a free gift of credits around Valentine's (though the ability to actually purchase credits didn't come until much later), and were encouraged to go test out the features.
The message about the subscription expiring started appearing in the Account page around that time, and it was questioned in the Forums. The Staff responses were consistently 'it's not working right now', ignore it.

We got the ability to purchase credits right before we moved to beta (but no PayPal). Nothing in the 'subscription message' changed. We weren't asked if we wanted to renew the subscription, and the message actually still says your 'alpha' subscription expires.

Three weeks ago, after the switch to beta, someone questioned the expiry message in the Forums, and we were again reassured that the subscription notice was not working.
Subscriptions were functionally rolled out around 2 weeks ago, and again we received no communication the subscriptions were 'working' and would require payment in a month.

Things take time, and we finally got PayPal as a form of payment - by popular request - 5 days ago.
Yesterday we receive e-mail notice payment for subscriptions will be necessary in 7 days.
My very first reaction truly was 'huh?'.

See the dis-connect? How is it 20 days ago we're told 'don't worry' and then now we're told 'we've been counting since the beginning'... despite not having info or payment capabilities until recently? I get it, things change fast, timelines change fast, you're a business... but I don't feel like the changes, and the intent to commence billing, was communicated effectively.

My objection is not to the commencement of payment, or the timing... it's the length/timing of the notice. If I'd *known* on the 15th to expect an expense by the 7th, I'd still be surprised but I'd have more room to make something happen. I live primarily on a 'fixed' income - between school, kids, summer activities for them, and getting out of this crummy student housing... every penny is very carefully accounted for and budgeted for in advance and that includes the portion of our budget allocated for leisure expenses. We have a small amount for emergencies and a little room for unexpected expenses... so while I receive a peanut paycheck for hour-limited student work today, it was gone to pay for rent (as planned two weeks ago). Yes, I could probably swing an extra shift... but funds from that won't arrive until the 15th. Sure - I could compromise and classify Glitch as an 'emergency' or pull money from the remaining food budget to pay the $30 so I don't lose my 'alpha perks', (couple other irresponsible places I could pull from actually)... no thanks. The plan is actually $120 in spending, because I budgeted a moly subscription and husband a tin - which pushes it into the category of 'planned expense'... YES that's a lot of money to some houses. $30 is the min we need to free up to get just one of us a subscription.

Yes - I plan on purchasing a subscription for both myself and my husband... but only when the allocated funds are available. It's beyond stupid to go spending money before I have it - budget or not. My next school disbursement (grants and scholarships I work damned hard for) won't arrive until 7-10 business days after the two week drop/add deadline for summer term - roughly the 17th of June.

So yeah, some days it feels like the world hands you a big old glass of lemons when you're trying to be responsible. And yes, it hurts when it feels like it comes from a direction that usually helps make lemonade. Sadly, it also feels like the early testers are the ones being punished the most. If I'd subscribed yesterday I'd have a full 30 days to come up with the money and only be out ~100 freebie credits. I know my situation is a bit odd in that there are two of us and yes, I could pull the money but I won't because it's irresponsible... but I also know there are a fair few retirees/pensioners here and those paid on a monthly or fortnightly stipend/salary.

Fruit-Changers the TS team are, I'm kind of hoping the 'grace period' is along the lines of 2 weeks for this first round - giving folks both a chance to log into the game and figure out they need to buy a subscription (seriously... we're only hitting 50% up time, if the next text is over the weekend and you miss it and/or didn't check for Glitch e-mail because you're celebrating the beginning of summer or some other daylight-using nonsense, come Tuesday what happens?) and a chance to raise the necessary funds.... then move that to a shorter notice as the world adjusts to the concept. If not, no worries, I still plan on subscribing... just need a big glass-o-lemonade to wash down the shock.

  • I understand if some people are upset that they will lose their "free to subscriber" items soon if they don't pay for a subscription, but I really do think this is a good thing: Productive beta-testers should be happy to test out all aspects of game-play for the benefit of the company, including playing as a free player who does not get any subscriber benefits. This is something that should be tested and commented on before the game goes live, so changes can be made if necessary. Otherwise, the very first free players will exist the day the game goes live, and there will be no opportunity for the developers to see how that will impact players before-hand.

Plus, come on--the only thing this will change is your appearance, which really doesn't matter in the end. You can still enjoy all other aspects of the game in the exact same way. This is VERY generous for an online game--most make you pay real money for anything worthwhile (or even only give you free play for a limited time, then make you pay to play longer).

I think Tiny Speck is being very generous with what they offer to free players, as well as the extremely good deals they offer to beta testers. Also, I see offering purchases to beta testers as an extremely intelligent business move, and it renews my confidence in their ability to stay afloat in a tough economy (this coming from someone who tragically lost another online game she was totally addicted to and whole-heartedly supported, because the people in charge had no idea how to run a business--I want to see the things I'm obsessed with succeed! It's much better than having my heart ripped out of my chest when my poor little Glitcher has to go "poof" forever because Tiny Speck couldn't repay its investors...)

  • Shepherdmoon: it's important that we also test taking payments and all the myriad things related to that (customer care, handling refunds, paypal echecks, etc). we've been fixing a lot of things based on the feedback of testers who purchased things.

  • Please don't mistake me, I'm not against rolling out billing commencement. I think it is very much necessary and am often arguing the side of keeping certain things paid-for. I just think it was badly communicated and 2 weeks isn't going to make a huge difference for a series of one-off payments (next 'scheduled payment' for all subscribers will be in better than a year) to have a deadline.
Posted 19 months ago by Travinara Subscriber! | Permalink
  • Ah yes, Bees!, that is an aspect of it that I hadn't thought about, but it makes total sense.
Posted 19 months ago by Shepherdmoon Subscriber! | Permalink
  • Travinara — I don't think we're "punishing" anyone, let alone one group more than others. In the absolute worst case, your avatar may have fewer customization options then it would if you were a subscriber. But this would be temporary, nothing would be permanently damaged and everything could be re-obtained later.

But: (i) we gave everyone a week's notice before expiry, (ii) everyone will have a generous grace period even after the subscription lapses and (iii) I already extended your subscription by an extra month as a special case after your help ticket last night (still haven't got a reply, by the way).

(If it wasn't dinnertime, I'd write more — maybe later!)

  • @Trav - The FSR and Friends Subscription Fund came to you first, because we wanted to sponsor your subscription as a way to say Thank You not only for all the help you gave us when we arrived but also because of all the work you have done on the wiki. Truly I don't know how we could have made it without you and that wiki. But no matter how hard I tried you simply refused to allow us to give this gift to you. That's right not charity a well deserved gift. Now while I will admit that the whole thing is a bit confusing, at this stage of development it's a very maybe kinda place. How can they be expected to give us a definitive answer in regard to these things when they as bees! put it aren't done building it yet. I need not say to you, welcome to beta, they try this, they try that, some ideas get tossed, some get kept , yada yada ...  The only thing TS ever actually promised us was a free 1 month subscription and they have given us waaaaaay more than that, in addition to huge discounts on memberships, free credits, 2 for 1's on credit purchases and free credits and subscriptions we can give to our friends. And in case anybody didn't notice, not only did we get to jump ahead of the 40,000 or so people who are trying to get in here, they allowed us to jump our friends to the front of the line also. All that being said, I do understand a week is a short amount of time for many to come up with the higher level subscriptions they want which is why we started the fund to begin with. Basically, I just can't understand why all this fuss.

  • Honestly, I'm not worried about the appearance changes. I already settled on a free look in anticipation of the lapse. My bigger concern is the extra 'alpha' perks going away when the alpha subscription does - aka the discount - which will totally impact my buying capabilities because I only allocated $150 to Glitch (taxes + a couple extra credits).

I appreciate the extension (didn't reply cause there was no text, was a little confused), and I'll breathe a bit easier knowing if the financial aid office hiccups things didn't have to go perfect and depend on luck. I also appreciate the patience, I know my brand of brutal honesty (good and  bad) isn't the easiest to slog through.

Editing: (HUGS) To you and the FS Crew, you've got big hearts indeed. As I told you when the offer was made, it will all work out and I *can* wait until I have the money. Grandpa always said - if you can't pay for it you can learn to live without it until you are able to afford it. Big ethics thing in my family. I'll be okay, three weeks, just three weeks... and TS was very kind and turned the lemons into apples, added a few oranges and I have Fruity Juice instead.

PPS: The wiki is not my doing I just pointed you to it. Eglantine, Hburger, and Anilover deserve the credit for pointing *me* to it and giving us a way to share the collective knowledge.

  • Bees!, how long will the 'buy 500 now, get 500 later' offer be available? I just paid for the Moly and I do want to buy the extra credits but want to know how long I can procrastinate for :)

  • I can not be positive about this, but I do believe that the special subscription rate will be available until go live. The 2 for 1 + 100 credits and a month subscription for every $10 spent deal is ending today though.

ETA: You still get the 2 for 1 part for now, just not the gifts in addition. And {{{HUGS}}} to Trav.
EATA: @Trav -Thanks for pointing that out, none the less, we would never have made it without you, a confused and lost bunch we were :)
