karaoke

I think I posted about this before but I can't seem to find the post.

Anyhoo, when you emote, you have to switch numbers, among 1-4, you can't hit 1 1 1 1 1 unless you click on the avi and refocus each time.  At least, I can't (using Chrome).  Is that me or is it designed that way?

But I wish we could because when you click 1 1 1 1 1 1, it looks like your Glitchen is singing. And it is very awesome.  If you don't believe me, go to the Vanity and just above your Glitchen in the mirror, try the test faces.  Try the first one a few times.  See?  Singing...

  • nanookie that might depend on the mouth you have, but it is a rad idea.

are you thinking that you'd play a karaoke rhythm mini-game along the line of guitar hero or tap-tap revolution, with the glitch singing along in nonsense notes?

  • yeah, something like that.  It  occurs to me that it could be a fun short competition, not a race exactly....going to think about this some more, sleep on it.

  • i'd love to hear "singing" glitches singing along with music based on player input.

it would be adorable, i think.

  • Yes, it could be a spontaneous note-fest, or a rehearsed performance...or small groups could unlock doors by each singing the right note in the right sequence.

  • clarifying .. i kinda never ever ever want to hear words coming out of a glitch, but nonsense notes would be great.

  • no no no words.  I think the most eloquent we could ever be is "La!".
