Next test?

I can't believe I'm going to sleep through the end of this test but it's 3am here and the toothpicks I put in to hold my eyelids open are about to snap in half.  The bags under my eyes have grown so deep over the past week I'm afraid my computer will fall into them if I fall asleep at the desk so I have no choice but to give up and go to bed.

So...

When is the next test?  Anyone know?  I'd like some kind of answer waiting here for me when I get up in the morning please :D

  • Wow. Some pretty heavy dedication over here.

  • Seriously? XD This one isn't even closed yet! Addiction is a cruel mistress, but disconnect your brain and go to sleep.

Also...Your last sentence smacks of entitlement, and I can already see the dark clouds of a kerfuffle looming on the horizon in response to it. I'm going to choose not to be taken aback by the bluntness of your demand,  and I'm going to ascribe it to your sleep deprivation.

Now go have a nap! :)

  • I'd like to know too. Entitlement be damned. I'm addicted.

  • Undoubtedly, as would we all, Ebil. I'm not saying she was wrong to ask when the next test was--although perhaps a gentler, more circumspect question wouldn't have flagged my inner Miss Manners*--but rather that the particular WAY she asked might rub others the wrong way, as it nearly rubbed me (then I remembered all the times I've been tired and said things in an unideal way, and I forgave her).

In any case, addiction is no excuse for rudeness. :) When I was a kid, I had to write lines for punishment, and one of my dad's favorite lines to assign me was "Courtesy is the lubricant of society."**

    ----------
*Examples: "I hope the next test is soon!" or "Any ideas on if/when the next test is scheduled?"
**Of course, it is only now that I realize how filthy that sounded. *nostalgic sigh*

  • Enola you should try and sleep at normal hours and wake up (early) for the parties! That's what I've been trying to do this summer while not being in a PDT timezone :) It's difficult but oh so much healthier!

  • As a first-time tester, I have a different question (that is essentially the same question.)

In the past, what sort of timeframes between tests have there been?

  • Wiggles, it changes. Four, five days, usually-ish. The last gab was about a week but then again we got a week of up time. There were times when you'd get two days up and many days down. Sometimes just quick two hour tests without warning. Sometimes tests are mid-week, sometimes on the weekend.

  • isglitchopen Glitch, The Game Glitch … is closed! For now. This concludes the first week-long test in a while. All signs point to yes. Next test: next week!
