Recently I've been having an odd issue with my meat collectors.
I've had 26 pigs and 7 collectors for quite some time now. They usually filled up either 6 and a partial or the full 7 collectors in a 7-10 hour period (While I was asleep or at work). I have three feeders, that I would fill to the brim before going to bed or to work, and usually they'd use about 1.5 of them throughout the time away.
A couple days ago, everything seemed to change. I'd be lucky to fill up 2 meat collectors while at work (about 10 hours) and 1 meat collector while asleep (7-8 hours). They would still use about 1.5 feeders worth of food. I also pet them and nibble them every game day I'm playing. Last night, thinking maybe the pig/collector ratio was too high, I took away 1 collector, it was now at 6 collectors and 26 pigs. This morning, 7-8 hours later, I had 1 meat collector full, and they ate about 1.5 feeders worth of food. I didn't think that it would help, since I had 7 for a week or two no problem.
So, why are my pigs being so stubborn. Is there an age limit to pigs? Do I need to cycle fresh swine into my animal yard, let the old ones die off? They are all being Pet/Fed/Nibbled constantly, yet now, over the last two days, they don't give up their meat to the collectors.
