I had been noticing some inconsistencies in the number of Snails I got from Sloths, so I decided to do some Science! and see if there was some sort of diminishing return on Sloth interactions (i.e., Sloth getting full). Here is my data, which are inconclusive, but indicate a pretty random return on 6 Rods either all eaten by one sloth, or by 6 different sloths:
Turmali Tourma
Sloth A, Rod 1 - 8 Snails
Sloth A, Rod 2 - 8 Snails
Sloth A, Rod 3 - 7 Snails
Sloth A, Rod 4 - 9 Snails
Sloth A, Rod 5 - 8 Snails
Sloth A, Rod 6 - 8 Snails
Comparatively, when I went to 6 different sloths and fed each of them one rod, I got this:
Gondata Moo
Sloth 1 - 9 Snails
Sloth 2 - 10 Snails
Sloth 3 - 9 Snails
Pitonia Load
Sloth 4 - 9 Snails
Moti Peral
Sloth 5 - 8 Snails
Sloth 6 - 10 Snails
So, the totals for the single sloth, single bar were, in fact higher, but the overall distribution was even throughout, regardless of method.
