Skills for Rookists

Heresy I: You become resistant to Mood and Energy effects on a street under a Rook attack. You also suffer less of a mood penalty from poisoning trees.
Heresy II: You suffer even less from Mood and Energy hits on a street under a Rook attack. You can also cause a full blown Rook attack using martial imagination after three Rook Rolls on a single street in a single game day.
Heresy III: You are immune to the Mood and Energy effects on a street under a Rook attack. You also suffer no more guilt from poisoning trees.

All mutually exclusive with Piety I, i.e. you must unlearn Piety I or not train it to gain these skills. Prereqs are the same as Piety I.

Game breaking? Goes against the grain of the social experiment that is Glitch?

  • Against the spirit of the game IMO.

We're already experiencing griefers during Rook Attacks. More griefers = less fun.

  • Are they doing it to grief, or are they role playing. If it is that latter then they aren't griefers; they are just playing the game the way the want, which is the point of a sandbox.

  • I like this idea!  Also, it will make more Glitches want to invest in MI/Piety and require more Glitches to defeat the Rook.
