Notes named "notes"

This has to have been mentioned before but I've never seen it... I wish notes were called notes instead of being named whatever the title of the note is.  It could be something like "Note: Title" and that way it's a little less confusing when you're looking through stuff very quickly.

  • That would make it more confusing, right?

  • Say you have a note called, "dejfhrsaesgjrhjAsrgeaj" and you search "note" with the item search thing, but nothing will turn up.

  • Let's say right now there are notes called "FIRST" and "SECOND".  What I'm proposing is to call them "Note: FIRST" and "Note: SECOND" - still completely searchable.

  • I think the way that note items are named does need some attention, in probably some fundamental ways. Where I have noticed this is when donating a junk note to a shrine, or selling to a vendor for a few currants, it gives you the option to donate/sell your notes in quantity. But this always makes me really nervous, because I also carry around some important notes that I would really hate to accidentally lose - in my mind, two different notes have different content and different values, and Note A + Note B should be distinguished from Notes / Quantity: 2.

This would probably be something that contains a lot of complicated implications to the internal workings of the game, so I don't know how feasible it might be. Then again, this is not the Ideas + Feasibility Assessment forum, so there you go... :)
