New skill: Mathiness, allows more items to be created at a time

Sort of an advanced mathematics skill; you get a new tool (an abacus), and with this tool in your inventory, you're now able to make items in larger quantities at a time, perhaps twice or three times as much (or more?).  As I am higher level and have a lot more energy, it would be nice to have the ability to make more than, say, 5 white gas at a time.

Perhaps the abacus could be built through a quest, where you have to acquire the pieces? The counting bits maybe being different types of tree bean (so they're diff colors), the frame being "the first harvest from a fully grown wood tree, so it's highest quality wood" or something.  Give them a limited lifespan so they need to be replaced or repaired.

    I don't know if it needs to be ITEM based. Could be skill based.
    Call it: Mass Production.
    Upper limit on what you can do at once is based exclusively on resources available in inventory and energy.

  • +1 Yes, please please please.  Making hard bubbles 10 at a time for a stack of piggy eggs or lemons 10 at a time for cosmapolitans is just painful.

  • Thursday: Isn't the point of skills gaining advantages?  And everyone would have the option of learning the skill, so I don't think it would be unfair for one person to have it and another not to.

  • Mass Production FTW. 5 camphor at a time? Feh. One EHSP at a time? Booo. 
    Please, give us a skill to make as many as our inventory will allow.

    And, while I'm at it... put the cheesemaking link needed into the recipes. It's a huuuge drag to have to the cheesemaking separately.

    I am SO tired of --> Grind: 50 cinnamon, 50 hot pepper, 100 salt, 30 cumin, 20 saffron~??  It would be nice if we could create more and more items per batch based on skill / level.

  • Totally in favor of this. And the cheesemaking thing, if it's possible. Heck, make it a skill you need BL5 and all the tuning for, or somesuch; I've got favor to burn!
