  • Can I use my votes to vote against a time change? Which presidential candidate will abolish this? I will vote for him/her/it.

  • Arizona and Hawaii don't change their clocks within the U.S., but all other states do, I believe... that was one really good thing about living in Arizona. Really no reason for it in present modern times. It seems to just be there to irritate me.

  • Saskatchewan in Canada has never changed the clocks. And fingers crossed never will! (though someone puts up money every year to try to make us change not really sure what they would get out of that )

  • The fact that it ENDS is really dumb.. It doesn't even save daylight,it just makes it shorter by taking an hour away from the evening! If they did it to ahead an hour for the entire year, that would save more energy from not using lightbulbs, since the sun sets later, giving us more daylight time. And since the sun rises early even before daylight savings time, the hour behind still won't affect most people, since it rises much before most wake up.

  • Also don't forget that the Game day is warped now. The new day is an hour ahead of what it usually is.

  • It is (or used to be) for the benefit of farmers, I think... so it's a bit lighter in the mornings when they need to do their farmerly things
