Balance crop action animations to fix client/server sync problems

I think the main current frustration with gardening is the sync issue between client and server which sometimes causes enter to pick the wrong action or triggers the "gardening is a leisure activity" message.

IMO, the problem is because you have two natural pairs of actions (harvest/clear and plant/water), one of which has a longish animation and one which has none. The action without any animation encourages people to think it's finished and go on to the next. This gives rise to client/server sync issues.

I suggest that (very) short animations be added to harvest and plant, perhaps 250ms, and the other two animations be shortened by the same amount. This would make the UI give the player feedback and create a more natural flow when gardening because the animations would provide the time for the client and server to sync.

Note that I'm not suggesting an overall increase in time to go through the cycle! In fact, I'd like to reduce that time. (Hopefully upgrade cards like those for jellisacs and barnacles are forthcoming.)
