Lemon Juice + Onion + Salmon: Ceviche ... could be done w/ a knife & board.
(For those non-foodie Glitchen, ceviche is where an acid like lemon juice is used to 'cook' fish ... tuna, shrimp, whatever. Onions or other veggies are sometimes mixed in. Usually served on crackers or toast.)
