some of that is due to players "voting" for certain street designs without considering vendor distribution. this is particularly the case in groddle meadow.
It shouldn't take too much effort to shuffle vendors around a bit to make them more even. If there's going to be uneven distribution, I'd rather see more food vendors, since I need sustenance much more often than I need a new piece of equipment.
This drives me nuts because in Groddle Heights...in the ENTIRE world, there is not a grocery vendor, and while I'm happy I bought my house there for other reasons, it is nuts that I have to travel to another entire world to get certain items. Phhht
