Future Tech

Being a bit of a film buff I think it would be great to see the following items

Given a high level of tech skills, such as tinkering, alchemy and teleporting I believe that we should be able to make A Hisenberg Uncertainly nodule and a Flux Capacitor - when combined they could me Captain Proton's Cronoton time-gun.   The effect of which would be to speed up the growth of any tree or animal that is was pointed at and could also be used to regrow barancles quickly and cook pot noodle in 10 secs (maybe not the last one!)

No I havent been drinking before Misha asks.................

  • Well, it's neat and silly, and I'd love to engage in some mad science beyond making powders, but growing trees fast can already be done by using Fertilidust or Fertilidust Lite.  Breeding and growing animals is likewise taken care of by Powder of Mild Fecundity and Powder of Startling Fecundity.

  • Well it was a little tounge in cheek but it would be nice to have a little more Hi-tech stuff as opposed to the organicy natural stuff.

  • Can't argue that, Bob.  As said before, I'd love to engage in some mad science, get my technobabble on, and cackle maniacally in the process of creating new and fascinating things.

  • Total +1

I want a teleport pad for my house that allows me to go to more than one place.  When I get a house.

  • Love the Flux Capicitor idea, however I am not familiar with the other two.

  • Based vaugely on the Hisenberg uncertainty principle which states you cannot be 100% confident about both the speed and location of an object at the same time - a bit like Rube only without the gift at the end.

In a film sense, they both were loosely based on ideas from Star - Trek .    I quite like the idea of a cute little red ray gun that makes trees, animals, rocks    bear fruit/grow/regrow a bit quicker but uses the glitchians energy each time.

Also - it could make Gnomes dance at no extra cost!
