"Reject for 1 week" option for cards we don't want..

Someone else kind of suggested this in the main forums but I wanted to post an official Idea for it in here.  Please can we have the option to "reject" cards, so they won't keep showing up if we don't want them?

  • I'm for it, but I think it should also be limited, in that we can only have X amount of cards rejected at one time. Otherwise it becomes too easy to just reject-reject-reject every day/shuffle until only a small handful are available, and we can pick out what we want. This could possibly be augmented with subscriber options.

  • Yeah Xiri that's a good point.  I wouldn't mind that.  :)

As long as we could see easily how many cards we've rejected... like just the number if not the name of the card.  That way we don't accidentally reject too many and then go like, aww crap gotta wait a week...

  • Yes, this would be delightful. I would have loved to reject those terrible kitchen tool durability cards!

  • I'd also like to have a discard pile of sorts :) Mostly because there are some upgrades you just want to put off for a while, but there are also some you might never, ever want. Discarding a card into your discard deck would be a reversible process, but it'd have to take some doing to get it back, or everyone would just discard everything to get to what they want and then put them all back.

Point being, I'd really love a way to banish a card (Or a lot of them) for basically forever. Otherwise if you tried to customize your glitch by buying some cards and reshuffling others away you'd end up with 30 or so cards circulating your deck that you never want to buy. Then, when new cards came out, the chances of seeing the, say, 10 new cards released at that time would be much reduced over seeing one of the 30 you'd rejected in the past.

A one week banishment with no penalty upon the card's return would be a nice option in addition to the discard pile which would banish a card for 'forever', with the option to get the card back at the price of some kind of penalty.

To balance the game, I think it'd make sense to limit cards put off for a week at something like 5 and leave the discard pile unlimited for ultimate customization :)

  • I wouldn't mind if I didn't see a card I shuffled away for a full day or two, but a whole week would be way too long..
