A quick in and out is good for the sno cones but not for the full minute of meditation.
Just take a lot to eat and you should be fine. Make sure your mood is fully charged when you go in. I ate lots of sammiches (a very efficient food source) but no hearty stews or gruels.
good point, Kookaburra! Also, I seem to remember that the hearty foods have a timed buff that lasts longer than sammiches (although I have done it both ways).
