I GO AGAINST ROOK BALM!

It's just not fair!
After a rook attack, someone ALWAYS has a rook balm.
I happen to be reviving something, and the one with the rook balm comes up and instantly revives it.
And we get nothing!
Why was rook balm even invented at all?!

    Or with swords and guns.

  • That's one reason I quit responding to rook alerts. I'd be halfway through a reviving and someone would come along and pour the balm. It's a waste of time and energy.

  • Maybe there should be a mechanism that prevents rook balm from being used on an animal someone else is already in the process of reviving. I think that's a better way to address the issue than taking it out.

  • You, too, can carry rook balm.

  • Perhaps all who have participated in reviving an animal (or tree) should get a share of the reward. =)

  • I agree it could use a tweak - I only use it when I get to the animal first, but what with lag and people running everywhere, it's hard to avoid grabbing imagination from people.

  • The main rewards from a rook alert come from fighting off the rook, not reviving.

  • I do carry rook balm, glum. I never used it when I saw someone trying to revive, however. It's only polite.

  • Huh. I always thought rook balm was for drinking, not pouring. You learn something every day.

  • What's a rook?

  • I can summon fake attacks if what you want is to get rewards reviving things... xD No one comes, ever :C

  • @OMG Bacon - It is a thing you chop up with your Knife&Board, then crush with the Mortar, then grind with the Grinder... until it becomes a balm.

    Probably.

  • Oh. I thought it was a tree that grows snozzberries.

  • I agree with the sentiment that everyone who participates in a revive attempt should get iMG.

  • I agree that anyone who participates in reviving should get IMG.

I have never used rook balm and would not know how, but do consider that a person who has invested in making or buying it may not be aware that it "takes" img away from others who are already healing. If it does deprive others of Img, that is a flaw in game design, not an evil intention of the person using rook balm to heal an animal that has been rooked.

  • I am against it too. This shows TS favors Giants over The Rook! Where are these updates promising advancement for Rook worshippers?
