El Pollo Loco

I suppose I can understand not being able to solicit a chicken in flight. But...I am VERY often not able to interact with (squeeze, incubate, etc) a chicken EVEN WHEN he/she is on the ground.

Is it by design to f* everything up re: interacting with chickenz completely? Or is there some rhyme or reason to the madness? If the plan is not being able to abuse chickenz in flight...then things arent working properly.

  • Joe- our chickens are all female, I just want to make sure that's very clear. :) That said, I think there's a little edge time before and after a flight where the verb is still unavailable, and I have seen my hens like this too. I've asked for some stopwatch checking by our Poultry Department, so I'll see what's up.

  • Of course man chickens would be cockerels and TS would never stoop to the kind of humour potential that would open up... ;)

That said, thanks for the explanation, certainly makes more sense, hopefully the poultry department will be able to refine their stopwatch accuracy...

  • Is that so??? Then what exactly is that noise at the beginning of a new day?

Do NOT tell me that you sampled a rooster for that sound. There's a male chicken back there, and I'd like to see him.

  • Hens in all female societies are known to crow in the real world. I assume the same is true in Glitch.

  • To add to this: I have one chicken called Taytay who had no verbs for an entire game day, and didn’t jump once (that I saw, and I was following her).  Walking around on the ground, no verbs.  Sad.  Still, I got by badge for having squoze hundreds of chickens, so it’s okay now.

  • Taytay spends most of her time contemplating flying, I think. I just checked on her and she only had a verb available for a short time. But, the Poultry Department is assessing the causes of feigned flight!

  • I just want to say I have great love for the concept of a Poultry Dept. within Glitch HQ.

  • I would love to see a cockerel incubate an egg... ;)

If there were male chickens they'd just be chasing glitches around all day trying to steal grain off of them!
