I've just started visiting glitches' home streets for more than delivering a gift or just being curious to peek inside a tower. Finally, I'm using the home resource routes, yay! Yes, I got lost and wound up following three different routes. But, it was fun!
And, I've come across a few streets lined with icons and machines.
I re-fueled someone's wood machine, mainly because it squealed at me but also because I just want to enjoy participating. Then, I reflected on someone else's icon!! It was right there, next to the machine and some peat. Naturally, I suddenly decided for no real reason that I had worn out my welcome. No idea if I should have used their icon or not!!
Then, after finding myself entirely addicted to the route and having spent energy helping to restore and squeezing the chickens of others, I found myself very low on energy. Uh, huh, I revered someone else's icon!!
And, once again, I felt as though I should not have done that.
Now, I know that if it is on a "home street", it is open to public use. But, I also know and am sensitive to the desires of some to not have their home street items used by others.
Granted, I'm not going to shrink someone's piggies and take them with me but, does icon use hurt or is it expected?
And, if there is no note saying "please don't....", then I'm guessing I can...right?
Thanks in advance.
