HOW

is it possible to choose quests without waiting for the rock to tell you about one. It takes forever for him to tell you a quest and learning new skills take too long also. Its frustrating.

  • I don't think that you can.  If you don't learn the skill then you can't necessarily perform the quest.  If you want to speed up your learning, you can spend favor from the Giant that is associated (or even not associated) with that skill.  Hope that helps.  :-)
Also, and you may know this, even if you are signed out of the game the learning process continues.  You can learn while you sleep in real life.

  • Click on the little red number above his head. That means he has a quest for you. If you click on that number, the quests that haven't popped up yet, but have been triggered (by skill-learning, level, or achievement of some sort) are at the top and have a button that says something like "tell me more." Click on that button.

  • Dillpocker, most quest are tied to a skill. So yeah... patience. But there's a way to "cheat" a little bit. I try to keep my Magic Rock busy learning new skills, even when I can't play. There's a Glitch app for iPhone and you can also access the website with Android browsers. That's a way to start up new skills when you're out. That way, when you go play the game there are a few quest waiting for you!
