there is something similar, you can click on a signpost in the minimap and it will walk you to the end. just note, it won't auto jump or climb ladders so your glitch can get hung up.
Ah, but what us super lazy folk want is an easier way to do that.
I agree with others I've seen saying that we need a shortcut for the GPS autowalk. For instance, I use a gamepad when I play for long periods of time, and I have the keyboard shortcuts that I use the most programmed in. This way I'm not hunched over my desk the whole time, but can sit back and relax while I play. However, If I am using the GPS to get somewhere, I have to reach for my mouse to click the GPS arrow for every street (yeah big deal, I know).
As for non GPS uses of the autowalk. There's really not much that can be done with that without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Unless, for instance, if you use autowalk key and you are not already pointed somewhere on the GPS, it will autowalk you in whatever direction you are already facing. Then you'd have to manually use a signpost, but that can be done by keyboard as well.
i can see how autowalk would be a nice feature for Kaelyn. a lot of games where people walk around have an autowalk feature. it is just logical so you don't ruin your keyboard or other perf from clicking one key all the time.
i have a broken spacebar on one of my laptops. i've learned to stop jumping so much. but ya have to walk!
