I collected data over the last week about how much currants have been put up on the auctions, if anyone is interested.

Here it is:

  • Ah hah! Just as I suspected. It's a graph! In all seriousness, great work. Can you break down the data for one day? I think there's an AH rush hour. (or several)

  • Dang, that's impressive. Interesting to see how it worked out! Is this going to be an ongoing tracker?

  • That's really interesting. I was thinking, just last week, of a market analysis tool that shows you current and historical data on the prices of various things. That would help both sellers and buyers make better pricing decisions. Then you could have automated sellers and buyers that put good on auctions, or buy them, at optimal times during the week.

Then I can set myself up as an automated trading service and make zillions in the process. Do you think the devs will bail me out if my algorithm screws up?

  • Plurp, have you seen the tools on Zog's site, and Revillo's autoselller? I am interested in where you're going, at any rate.

(I gotta admit, if you build an autoseller that listens to "if there is over X quantity, sell the overstock", I'd use it over others.)
