What follows is a list of top-of-mind thoughts I had while playing the game. There's no particular idea I'm trying to convey, rather it's just things that I noticed or thought of, but don't have the follow through to expand upon. Feel free to take these ideas and run with them, Glitches, or view them as player perspective, if you're staff.
When picking up items from a pile, and there's multiple stacks of the same item, have it autosort the last item selected up to the top of the list if you don't move, or within 5 seconds you hit enter again. Basically if I need corn from a pile of corn and meat, it seems random how it's sorted, I'd like it to bring corn to the top if I just picked some up from the same pile.
Alternately, sort non-full stacks to the end for easier picking of exact amounts from partial stacks.
I like to mash enter when squeezing chickens or tending to pigs. It'd be nice if I could do this while moving past, say, an ore deposit without starting to mine, a shrine without donating whatever my first item selected is, or a tree without interacting with that. Those darn chickens move fast! XD
Mudpie recipie. Dirt and milk. Pie Fights. More pies can be added later, perhaphs when new skills come out.
The ability to get off a subway you just got on, if it hasn't moved yet. (I was going to pet pigs in another location to level, got the subway achievment which was enough, so wanted to go back to house. Had to get off at next station and get back on.)
Sometimes when mashing enter while doing my gardening, it'll ask me which seed to plant in a crop i had just planted a seed in. Choosing a seed says "oops, you need to clean that plot first", but doesn't cause any ill effects.
I wish I knew how much longer I had on "learning faster" buff. Sometimes, I go donate in a rush and forget to check the time/how long it'll be.
People are going around randomly knocking on doors, then thieving when inside. Fnibbit just suggested on global a chat that it'd be nice if there was a way to IM from the knock notification. Good idea.
I like how you guys are listing the on-hand quantity in the vendor windows now. I'd like to see the same functionality in crafting menu's. When making spice, it'd be nice to know how many I have already. Likewise for the other menu's.
The hover-bubbles are very useful in a pen full of 26 pigs. It'd be even better if there was a keyboard shortcut that turned them on without hovering. Alternative, have interactables that have their main interactions exausted for the day set behind "fresh" ones. Sometimes it's near impossible to highlight the pig you need.
