Tech help Mac OSX

Hi I'm going to be using a non-intel imac with osx installed. I usually use Chrome on my windows laptop but this thing has firefox 3.6.18 installed and is asking me to update flash.
I can't install Chrome, so should I install the newer flash for firefox, or is there a different browser I should be looking at?

  • I have an I-mac book osx non intel, I have been asked by glitch  to update flash saying that the flash I had was an older version? So it sent me an uninstaller. I used it then downloaded the updated flash.
All appears to be working fine.
Also with book there is no mouse, thus keys are small and difficult to use, I need to use spacebar, return bar and arrow keys at same time to jump up down and across. It is like being a puppeteer! If there is an easier way it would be nice.

  • I tried the update link and on the flash website the only options seemed to be intel ones so I hit the back button, which took me to the loading screen and it worked! (Must be magic)

  • Heathermono, I find that Glitch works well with Safari.  And can't you install Chrome?  I think I had it before I upgraded to Snow Leopard (have trouble remembering all the update names by numbers lol)
