Subscribers can design and upload clothing

Hi, wanted to suggest that subscribers be allowed to design and upload their own clothing. Perhaps one outfit a month which will cost credits to upload.

  • Love this idea.. and why not other funky things too like art for our walls.. especially necessary in the rather clinical 50k houses. As an artist I would absolutely love to be able to upload some of my paintings for people to have in game. :)

  • It would rock to be able to decorate your house with 'custom' artwork and/or furniture. Only problem with clothing is that you *might* get inundated with multiple variants of a black t-shirt (just w/ different artwork).

  • Maybe if uploads were put to a vote to keep the quality high and the quantity manageable.

  • I like that. People who are interested can vote, people who don't care what their Glitch wears don't have to be involved.

  • My main issue would be quality and consistency of art stay... so even with a player submitted option and even with voting, TS would obviously have veto power.

  • Maybe we could have a monthly limit globally of say 5 designs that could be submitted for judgement. What those 5 are could be voted on by the community from all submissions in that time period.

  • I would love the idea of submitting ideas of what we want to see in the Wardrobe.  But actual design uploads could get hairy.  I think it's a programming headache TS would much rather avoid.  Why not just submit your ideas of what you'd like to see instead, and let the TS artists cook something up?

  • Yes, but agreed on quality must be consistent. We don't want it to be like the bajillion Sims shops from 8 years ago.
