Favor Points View from One Location

It would be nice to be able to view all the favor points we have with all the Giants from one location. Rather than going to each shrine and checking favor. Another page perhaps? Similar to the skills section, there could be a list of the Giants, what we have earned from them, how many favor points we have, etc.

Another idea would be to know how many points our donation would be, or at least an alert box stating "Are you sure you want to donate X? You will receive an emblem." I've heard this idea stated before, it would be easier for those trying to complete a quest where we must use favor points without getting an emblem.

Any thoughts?

  • I agree with the suggestions of having somewhere to see your current favour and having an alert if you'd receive an emblem.

It's fairly easy to figure out how many favour points you'll get from donating. It's the value of the item, multiplied by the number you're donating. Then divide by 10. If you're using shrine powders, multiply by 2 or 3 depending on what you used. Presto!

For example, let's say I donate 3 diamonds. They're worth 2000 currants each. I've used a Fairly Hallowed Shrine Powder.

    2000 *3 = 6000
    6000 /10 = 600
    600 *2 = 1200

    Favour earnt: 1200.

See? Three simple steps and you know easily. Subtract your current favour from max favour to see if you get an emblem from the donation (fairly intuitive if you're using big numbers like these).

If you're savvy enough at this, you'd also know that there'd be a gain of up to 3456 xp for this donation, too ;)

  • Thanks Artilect for for the 3rd party script group, I have suggested it.

Also thanks for the response Negata for calculating points. I am glad there is a simple equation.
