  • It's you.  Definitely you. At least I have it on good authority it's at least 96.7% you.

    (hope you get whatever resolved)

  • Its you.  We all enjoy our time w/ staff, smoking cigars and prancing in mountain meadows of wild flowers - in slow motion.

  • I've had that same sort of ticket before, staff didn't reply. I think it's done purposely in a way, which I won't explain right now. But the reason behind it is legit.

    Fake Example.

  • What's a support ticket? I've filed a couple of 'help' reports for bugs in game the past week or so and have had prompt responses (well within 15 minutes each time : )

  • I opened a help ticket for a bug last saturday and staff replied only a few hours later. I wanted to write back "enjoy the weekend, it's saturday evening, don't spend your time with my problems" but just wrote "thank you" instead. I've never played a game where staff was more helpful.

  • No I don't think I did

And the one I've been waiting a month for thoUgh is not really a help question it's a question for Stoot or whoever can answer it, I'm not saying more cuse I don't no if I can release more details yet. If I get a reply you'll find out soon enough

And that explains the 3 day one

  • I've always gotten prompt replies. Though I've only used it when there's been a problem that needed to be resolved. I've never used it simply to ask questions.

  • I would of asked it in game but I'm generally offline when most of the staff are online and to be honest I think the only reason why the staff arnt replying to it is because really Stoot has to answer it before any the others can get involved

I just wish it could get answered as a lot of people are waiting on it. About 2,400 people to be frank not counting all the others

  • So, as the sole representative of 2400 people (and of course, the listkeeper of the naughty/nice list) are you going to share with us the NATURE of your ticket?
Inquiring minds would like to know.
    TL;DR: What's the issue?

  • ummm, im not sure i can, i'd rather get an answer from his stooty ness wether yes/no before i share it as it's only fair that he gets to read and answer to it first i think

put it this way i dont think it will be anything you will be able to do with the answer

  • I would just repost a reply on your case. Staff are prompt with new cases, but it seems if the report gets a bit lengthy, it goes to the bottom of their list.

  • Probably no reply since it's not a problem, but a question.  If all of us did that, imagine how bogged down it would be and people's bugs wouldn't even be seen for all the questions.   I think we just all have to wait for the updates as Stoot doles them out  Otherwise, all he'd be doing is answering questions that he probably doesn't fully know the answers for yet anyway.  I just wait and enjoy the surprises.... and I'd like a new grill for Christmas, please.  (((HUGS)))

  • I'm always a little baffled when people expect key staff of a company working FLAT OUT on trying to get out of beta to answer individual, non-buggy questions. After all, there was a Q&A session for us awhile back, and that in itself was pretty unusual (and great).

If that matter you wish to discuss with Stoot is so urgent, why not contact TS through non-game channels?

  • its not only you, my friend hasn't had any reply from a ticket about a month ago. he keeps on checking it to make sure it still says "Pending Staff Response" but they havn't gotten anything otherwise.

  • No it's not a question about the game you see, infanct oh fine I'll just tell you, I'm a moderator on a site calls virtualpetlist.com we have about 2400 members about 500 are active every day but about 2000 of those members read out interviews now we are basically are forum for pet sites, but this site has brought a by of hype to vpl and it's always good to hae things differant do we were wanting an interview with either Stoot or a staff member, now the interview would not include anything about updates or the stuff that everyone asks. This is why Stoot needs to say yes or no to it so I can either give the members what they want or put them out of there misery so now you no really and you see why I need an answer
