It isn't an improvement. For others who don't like it, at least if you stand next to a street sign and hit ENTER it gets bigger--unless there's only one option, in which case, you're outta there.....
I'm not sure why TS is busily "fixing" stuff that wasn't broken, and making all the text / progress bars far less readable as a result. There are dozens (if not hundreds) of other things players have actually fussed about or suggested; at no point did I see anyone complain about the progress bars or street sign fonts BEFORE the new "tweaks".
I don't get it. Why make the visual interface less usable for players with vision issues? Why post gigantic "wordy" progress bars in English when the old ones didn't exclude people who don't speak English as a first language? Somehow I think there would still be something for the talented artists to do re: the upcoming likely gameplay / item / vendor / housing / etc. changes even if they stopped tinkering with fonts and such.
But, again, I admit that I just don't get it. I'm willing to stick around and see what happens next, but these changes are rather baffling.
