Spending Emblems and Such

All my Giants want 2300 favor now, and I'm trying to learn the new skills faster by donating.  By earning and spending an Emblem, I get 1.5 hours off the learning time, but if I collect just under 2300 favor points, I get 3.5 hours off the learning time.

So -- the Emblem (for me) is worth less than half the learning discount of just short of earning an emblem.

Is this a feature or a bug?

  • Long story: There's probably a lot of technical difficulties in tracking what emblem should give how much favour-equivalent time off your learning. So TS simply made each emblem worth 1000 favour.

The tradeoff is that your IMG limit per shrine per day increases for each level, which is good if you've, say, learnt everything and only want to gain IMG.

As it stands, at current market rates, buying emblems is far more cost effective than buying and donating when trying to cut down on your learning times. This is pretty beneficial to newer players who don't necessarily have the same tools more aged players would to generate favour.
