Possibility of converting currants to credits

I totally support TS charging credits (purchased with real $) for vanity items. The company needs to  make money and this is a good way to do so. However, I'm wondering if there can't be a way to reward non-subscribers who put in a lot of hours into the game. Perhaps there could be some kind of mechanism where only non-subscribers could convert say 500,000 currants into 50 credits. It would have to be a large # of currants and restrictions on how often it could be done (maybe once a year?). In that way, the really dedicated players who cannot subscribe would be ale to upgrade their furniture.

  • But they can already just commission what they need from other players or buy it in the auctions?

  • I'm not sure if you already know this, Leelah, but non-subscribers can also buy credits, separate from subscriptions, here: https://www.glitch.com/credits/

  • I do know they can buy, but believe it or not, some people really do not have the disposable income, particularly in today's economy. Although it seems like the credits only costs small amounts, these small amounts are not possible for some.  It just would seem like a nice gesture.
