Billy up Botany a Bit?

...pardon my alliteration :)

Now that botany is more popular, maybe we could add a botany 2. Ideas for what that abilities it would grant?

-give ability to know exactly what level a tree is at (this is the thing that got me thinking about it in the first place)
-make your pets and waters more effective at giving health to a tree and/or allow 2 successive pets/waters
-lessen the time it takes from poison-->death and/or make the poison debuff shorter
-lessen energy and/or tool use to season
-lessen energy and/or tool use to create fertilidusts

Don't know if this is a good idea or not given that right now, botany is pretty much the only way a Glitch can really effect the environment.

  • A glitch can effect through Animal Husbandry, although, not as much =) I do love this idea though, perhaps Botany 2 could grant the option of producing Paper tree seeds? Or perhaps, not require a 'dark patch' to grow an egg tree? Small changes like these would really add alot to the Glitch World in General =)

  • Oh good point about animals. Speaking of that, what are some other new ways Glitchen might effect and shape the world? That is supposedly one of the main draws of the game right? A sense of really belonging to the world, and vice versa. Though I know the existing-street projects, currently in the works, will add to that a great deal.

  • Customizable houses are in the works according to DEVs although not until 2012. Same with Community Halls. So the Dev Team does have great plans for the future =) the only problem is, most are coming 'soon'.
