<Esc> close for log and map

It is intuitive (to me anywho) to want to hit when my fingers are on the keyboard to close out the pop-up windows. Can that be added as the same as hitting [x] with the mouse?

  • esc should trigger the "x click" for every box glitch pops up.

although i just realized a slight problem..

a lot of people have been asking for full screen flash .. and esc is normally what shuts off the full screen mode in flash.

so a bit of a conflict there.

  • Or backspace?

  • backspace normally works as "back" for the current page, so that's a no-go.

tilda? i think you meant "tilde" [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilde]

that requires the use of the shift key, and is a little annoying.

  • Hit the M key again to close the map as the crazy theory would have it, or does it already?

  • I think most full-screen Flash now opens and closes with CTRL/COMMAND-F and/or function keys, so ESC should work for closing dialogs of all types (it already works for most of them). I will put it in the queue!

  • Yay for more keyboard commands! Next could we please have the ability to select recipes and key in numbers in the crafting menus, along with using the enter key to start crafting? This is probably the only part of the game that still keeps me attached to the mouse.
