Lack of inventory

There's no sight of my inventory when I play - meaning no access to items (and no way to improve mood/energy together)...anyone else experience this?

  • I have personally not experienced this, though I have seen it mentioned in the Live Help chat. I believe closing your browser and restarting it should help, if not, try rebooting your computer.

  • Yep, I experienced this consistently on all browsers on one laptop and using Chrome on another; either loading stopped at the 'unpacking' stage and it never got any further or I'd get into an empty world with no interactive objects or inventory. It stopped following a forced reboot during the test before last (rooks test maybe?) and, as well as it seeming less laggy on the one laptop, I was able to play it on the other one too.

Last night I started having the same problems and reported them. Decided to clear cache and restart browser and now I'm having the same issues all over again...

  • I'm having the same problem.  It started for me after I went to a project (about 5 PM PDT Thursday July 14).  I made one crystal & froze.  Reloaded the game but Chrome would only get as far as unpacking then hung at 96%.  I tried two other browsers -- Safari and FireFox 4.0 -- AFTER I cleared cache & cookies on all browsers, did a complete scan (which includes defrag), and rebooted my computer and DSL modem.  Chrome wouldn't work at all (hung at 96% unpacking) except once this morning.  No inventory however.  I could get in with Safari & FF but I did not have any inventory.  This continues after TS rebooted the servers this morning.

  • This issue started for me today, as well as painfully long loading times that timeout once every time. Firefox, Chrome, and IE all with the same result, even after cache-clearing, rebooting, and re-installing Flash. Sadface.

  • I find it happens for me when on slow and unstable net. Specifically when I am using the net though my mobile tethered to my laptop.

  • I went to Hell for logging in and out so much while trying to fix this, and ever since then I've had my inventory. Go figure. Thanks, Hell!
