Showing whats in your bags

I have searched the forums but cant find what i am looking for, it was a link to show what is in your bags
it even showed how many any items and how much everything cost, i lost all my favourites and that was one of them, if anyone can help and post a new link that would make my day, I did find a post that shows your stuff but that is not the one I wanted even though its so good,

  • You are most welcome.  I love that thing, especially when I'm on a cooking or harvesting rampage and everything's just going into semi-random bag slots.

  • This really worked and worked well, I bookmarked this page and hopeit works as well during game play.  :)

  • This is another, that I use:
    http://www.dopiaza.org/glitch/show-me-my-stuff/

I like this because it lists by bag which stuff is where on a single page.   The other script, while providing some helpful vendor info (though it doesn't seem to use the same vendor across all the products), requires you to click on each bag to see what is in it.  Both are cool in their own rights, but for different elements/reasons/uses.

  • B3eachy, interesting - I can see all of my stuff on a single page with the tool I linked to - I like it because it's organized by category.  When I hover over an item, it shows me which bag it resides in.

    Or maybe I'm misunderstanding you....

  • dopiaza's script is faster for finding stuff in your bag because instead of loading the page, scrolling, finding and hovering you just load the page and find.

  • I see that jasbo, but dopiaza's script shows you your bag at the start of a line and then all the elements in that bag.  The one you linked to is wonderful, but I lose the sense of which bag it came from unless I hover.  I have been printing out the results from dopiaza's script after each test in case we reset so I can remember how my bags are organized.  With the script you posted, I can see what categories of things I have easily, but I lose the bag organization on that printed out page.  Not sure if that is clearer or muddier...Now from the aspect of figuring out how much I've got invested in my items, I like your script (though I'd love to know which vendor they are using since different vendors pay out different amounts for items - looks like one of the 70% vendors, but I typically sell most of my stuff to the 80% vendor in game).  I understand I can get the same info if I hover in your tool, but I want something I can print out with the organization of the bags themselves, not just the items listed by category.  Again, both useful tools for different things.

  • I think it all depends on how visual you are.  I'm not very visual at all, so oftentimes I will be trying to see if, for instance, I have any butterfly milk - I scroll through all of my bags ingame, can't find it - or mistake my crystals for it (similar shape, color, orientation).  I open the glitchzen app and find it immediately because it's in there by category.  The dopaiza app basically just recreates my sometimes muddled bags, just on a single page.

    I like categories - I'm a librarian.  ;-)

  • b3eachy - so are mine, but when I end up clearing out a slot, I don't always move something appropriate into it - so the next thing I acquire often gets lumped in there.  And there's the inevitable hodgepodge bag or 2....
