Items still missing from move

My spouse - Epilady - is a paying subscriber and still has not gotten her items. She has a box full of several months of effort of resources. As well as rare items like a GNG and some cubis. 

She has been waiting for this box patiently - and seems to have been lost in the shuffle of things being received. 

Can someone please take a look at this. We are both paying subscribers and we are not getting the response we need to the issue.

  • Ok thanks kevbob - I posted this because we have waited two weeks and while we did get a response today, it seemed like we were getting missed in the shuffle. Thanks for following up.

  • Thanks kevbob - yes, I got a response today. Still have my fingers crossed, but I get that this transition was a big one for the team and would rather any serious bugs get looked at first. My glitch friends (and spouse) have been super generous and I've been able to keep playing and re-establishing a mini-hoard.  :)
