That one taken in umbra (black & white seam street) with the two Glitchen staring at each other with the heart over their head? I would totally pay for that snap to hang it on my wall! Best snap I've ever seen.
How is selling your snaps any different from selling anything else you take the time to make in the game? Glitch furniture isn't any more real than snaps.
I sort of get why people don't want to pay for digital photography in real life - it doesn't seem to have the same value as a piece of furniture. Its curious that this attitude toward pictures extends to the game. Why auction anything in the game? its all pixels..

Resources. It takes resources to make anything in the game, but after the housing reset, I got a free camera (and I already had Snapshottery and Eyeballery learned). It doesn't cost me any resources to take a snap in the game.
I wouldn't pay above the cost of the frame (wall decoration) in game at auction but I do think that having the ability to frame our snaps would be a really cool addition!
+1 for the concept - -1 for charging glitch for the photo itself
How silly. XD
I think it would be great to *give* others our snaps to use as decoration, and I LOVE the idea of using them as decoration to begin with, but SELLING them for use as decoration seems ridiculous since ultimately *all* the art (and therefore, what you'd be snapping) is TS's art dev team's creations.
Yk?
If there's going to be selling of art to use as decoration I'd much rather take it from my Flickr photostream... I definitely have some photos I'd sell from Flickr to use as decorations on walls / as wallpapers here in-world. THAT would be rad. In fact I think I shall take this spin-off idea to the Ideas forum. =)
I love the idea of being able to use snaps as posters in our homes. I think that would be so cool. Thank you Treesa for that great idea!
I think we should be able to sell them or give them away as we choose. I think forcing it either way would be judgmental. Let people play the way they want to play. I do think that being able to charge for them might be an incentive to create more beautiful and original art.
I don't actually know if this has been mentioned from above, but maybe Photo Contests, that'll reward like a Subscription, Credits, and will be on this Glitch Art Gallery or something, that everyone can put on as a frame.
