Didn't Get My Credits!

So in a rush I deleted an email saying something about how if you bought a subscription before your free subscription ended you would get a batch of credits?  I didn't read much into it because I was in a rush and accidentally emptied my mailbox without thinking a few days later.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but I bought my subscription before my free month had ended and didn't get any credits!

  • I didn't get such an email, but I got my subscription after the free month ended. It'd probably be best to send in a support report to find out detail on your own situation, as they were giving 10 credits per full day for what the remainder of the free subscription would've been after a real one was purchased. They'd have the tools to be able to figure it out exactly.

  • Laurali, this is an issue much better addressed by filing a help report. The general forum really can't help you.

    Also, double check your account info to make sure you didn't receive them are just mistaken.
