It appears to me that, from a purely gameplay standpoint, there is no real incentive to buy a toolbox. The fact that only tools fit in makes it inferior to the other large bags when it comes to storage, and the higher cost seals its fate as a product not worth buying. While the potential benefit is an easily recognizable location for your tools that you can quickly find by scanning the toolbar, and a box that will always be uncluttered by other items no matter how full your bags are, I feel that both are mitigated by the fact that most of the tools you use regularly in the field are usable without even opening up your toolbox. Because of this, I feel that to make the toolbox a worthwhile item, it should have about 2-4 more slots in it. This way, even if the bag isn't full, you don't feel as if you're wasting space that could have been filled with some more rare gems or another stack of meat!

Edit: After my flash of inspiration was up, that was when I decided it was worthwhile to check to see if there was not already a topic covering the same aspects of toolboxery that I wanted to talk about. (I didn't even think that there was a search feature, let alone that I should use it. Don't ask me why, I'm not sure myself) Of course, there just happened to be one! So feel free to ignore this topic ;)
