Domestic Completist Eludes Me

I feel like I've made every furniture item at least twice now, but it won't trigger the domestic completist badge! Is this a bug or am I missing something obvious? Is there a way to check? What were the original soul-bound furniture items?

  • the original soul bound ones all have lttle dots on the pictures in your inventory. I'm having the same problem with Better homes & gardens badge.

  • the wall segment did it for me. Don't forget rug, door, and note post.

  • I had to make all the furniture items (even the RUG) all over again, even though I had all the pieces which I made when the furniture was released!

  • The soulbound items were - SDB, Small Cabinet, Ceiling Lamp, Chair, Floor Lamp, Room Decoration, Shelf, Table, Tabletop Decoration, Wall Decoration, Wall Segment.

I had the list handy as I had the same problem till I re-made the Soulbound ones, and also had a list of all other furniture items to tick off as I made them.

  • Aha, got it! Thanks for the advice, everyone. It really helped. Apparently my stumbling block was the door. All those other doors I made before they added the achievement weren't good enough, apparently.

  • Yeah, it doesn't start counting until after the achievement, unfortunately.

  • I had a very hard time with this one too.

What the heck are "soulbound" items of furniture???

  • @Gizgazzuz Guziz: Soulbound items are the starter ones you were given at the beginning. They cannot be traded or sold and are marked in your inventory

  • I don't think furniture should even be a badge - it should be a trophy!
