Adding new floors

Can anybody tell me the requirements to add a second and a third floor (aside from making the doors of course)?

I cannot log in from work (obviously) so I want to do some advanced planning. ^_^

    -7 Urth Blocks
-10 Units of a Construction Tool
    -Girder
    -7 Wall Segments (Maybe) O_o
    Made up of:
    *1 Beam

  • For the third floor, you need the following:

    - 3 Girders
    - 18 Urth Blocks
    - 9 Wall Segments
    - 1 Door
    - 15 Work Units with the Construction Tool

  • @Rook

It requires one more if you added a wall segment. Originally, it would be x6 Wall Segments, 6 Urth Blocks, etc.

  • @Shadowstrike So the third floor requires more resources than the second floor? Darn, I did the maths for adding a second floor, and was just going to double it for the third. Guess I'll have to think that one out some more. :)

  • Do you have to know Furnituremaking 1 to add a floor? Or can you just have the supplies & a Construction Tool with enough wear?

  • I think you need Engineering and Furniture Making II if the description on FM2 is accurate.

  • Yeah, you need significantly more resources for the third floor (and it's one door, not two -- I changed my post to reflect that). Even still...it's a lot!
