Chickens and butterflies DIE?
I heard about butterflies dying off, but chickens too? Please tell me this isn't true. :(

You can squeeze them enough that they go *poof* in a cloud of pink smoke like they do when you set them free, but it's pretty rare.

I've had half a dozen chickens go poof. It seems to be related to incubating more than squeezing though
They don't die though, they go to live in a retirement home run by the Giants.
PS, a staff member once told me that piggies have a lifespan too, it's just much, much longer than even chickens

you can kill chickens in the wild. It was Pi Day that we decimated the chicken population...even in the wild.

and Pigs can starve - pretty easily actually. Supposedly they can die from old age, but they must crawl off to some quiet hidden spot to do so.
