My hubby had the same problem. Was fine yesterday, came on today looked like your pics MaryLiLamb. Noticed he had hit the Compatibility View button ( he is running IE8). I hit the button all returned to normal.Worth a shot to give it a try.
I've never seen a Compatibility View option. Where would I find it?

But I shouldn't be having a problem because I am not running IE 8 or 9.
@MaryLiLamb - Actually compatibility view makes the newer versions of IE act like the older ones. It's when IE is one of those older versions, or running like them, that the problem appears. Upgrade to IE 8 if you can. IE 9 is much better yet, but you have to be running Windows Vista or Windows System 7. If that isn't possible, try one of Safari, Chrome, Firefox 5, or Opera.
