Well, with this latest test period over and a good five to six hours of gameplay behind me, I'd like to share my thoughts on Glitch!
First of all, it's definitely something I would enjoy playing more often. It's just the right mix of addicting quests and achievements and freeform exploring. I greatly enjoy the fact that I could choose to spend my time leveling up fervently -or- hugging every single animal and plant I see.
This brings me to my second point: I get such a rush of happiness from hugging trees and piggies. I love how there's no actual death aspect to the game (hell is just crushing grapes so far, you don't kill piggies to get meat, et cetera). This is something I sincerely hope will remain the same. I think that what really sets Glitch apart, for me at least, is the atypically nonviolent atmosphere.
Finally, the graphics and music are just lighthearted and fun. I love exploring, and look forward to seeing what I can find next.
Looking forward to playing some more soon!
