Forum Topics are searchable via Google!

I don't know if this is old news, but it is great news! I can find my old threads a lot easier. :)

(And yes, I do know about the search function we already have, but I guess it doesn't hurt.) :D

Thank you Devs.

  • It's been posted before, but this also means that what you say here can be found by anyone searching for things you say online.

  • Did I here my name? I hope you're not calling me Social Security Number again. I much prefer Sweety as a nickname.

  • Lesson 101:
“Use private browsing, that’s Lesson 101. For instance, FireFox web browser comes with a “Do Not Track” option via “Options,” “Privacy” and “Tracking.” Reputation cleanup sites can also remove customers’ details from the world’s biggest direct marketing associations and data brokers."
Personal information can be worth between $50 and $5,000 per person per year to advertisers and market researchers – depending on how much they spend and how useful the information is to third parties.

  • Lol, babi, whether or not you have the Do not track option or not, people shouldn't be dumb enough to post their personal information onto something that is searchable/accessible.

E.g. I can put an incognito window, but if I post my name and SSN (not you, sweety :)) then I've defeated the purpose.
