When I send info into help I never hear back ,I would like to see in my payment area a place tha says add new visa or credit card info.must I delete every card when I want to use another.why cant you say which card do you want to use.
This isn't a billing issue, Sturm. It's a UI issue. JBB is saying that the site does not remember more than one credit card, and that you have to keep swapping out manually. I assume JBB wants it to be more like Amazon and similar sites, where you can have more than one card on file.
The whole purchasing interface is completely broken and staff knows that. For example, we have literally no way to extend our current subscriptions, meaning that we can't give TS money until our current subscription expires. I hope the whole thing gets revamped and SOON, since it's a hot mess right now. I know TS is not hurting for funding but it still seems like a bad idea to make it hard for your playerbase to buy your product.
