I decided to run the idea by Global this morning, and a quick search showed I wasn't the 1st person to think of it(Reference). I would like to expand on the idea and make it it's own topic.
Purpose: To make inventory organization easier and more efficient
Proposed Implementation: Have your standard bags capable of accepting "filters" for items. This, if possible, could be done in one of two ways. The first of which is to have a menu(accessed by say clicking "Filters" in the drop down) full of tick boxes for items already discovered by the player and assigning individual items for said bag. After which every item check will automatically, when picked up be sorted to that bag. The second and likely easier method, would be to have items assigned a "type" internally by the game. Then, using the same drop down option you'd have a menu, but this time with much less tick boxes, which would work in the same way as the former.
