Resolved thanks Herbs disappearing from my back yard

Yesterday, I dropped a stack of different herbs in my back yard on top of a pile of jellisac. Today the jelly is still there but the herbs are gone! Gandlevery, purple flower and rookswort.
Oddly, the silvertong I left in the house is still there. Do pigs eat herbs??

  • In the menu to feed piggies, I see my herbs, so I would guess that yes, pigs do eat herbs :\

  • Thank you Millie, but would they eat them off the ground?

  • I know that pigs will eat (inconsistently) off of the ground (if they can reach it), so if herbs count as a food, probably.

  • Yes, they do eat them off the ground. I had a ton of herbs that I kept next to my herb garden. Then after I started getting piggies I checked on the herb pile  and most of it was gone! D: Have now moved my herb stash upstairs (and on a table even, just to be safe) where they don't get nibbled by piggies.

So just move the herbs into your house and they should be fine.
