Bookmaking/Authoring

I think this will be a fun skill to learn. Maybe we can create books for skill learning, or buffs, or whatnot. For all writers out there, this would be awesome. ^_^

  • THUMBS UP!

I just posted about this in my "slave labour in the mines" thread!

Glitches have a museum... and penmenship which suggests ACTIVE reading and writing.

  • Yay! Someone who shares my sentiments :)

It would be awesome to make a small booklet of angsty poetry and share it with fellow Glitchens. Hee.

  • I completely support this idea.  This is one of the easiest things that the creators could do almost immediately to support a more creative community.

My thoughts go something like this:

    2 New Skills:

    1) Drawing/Painting--Uses the same or similar materials as is used in Penpapership, but allows the artist to create images and/or graphs.

    2) Bookbinding--Using glue, thread, two planks, and various notes and images, the user can bind multiple works into a single volume.

Obviously, the bookbinding could come first, and the Drawing/Painting system could come later, after development.  I can't imagine that a bookbinding skill would take much time at all to create.
