Currently, when a ticket is marked In Progress, it is not colored the way Pending Staff Response tickets are, but is displayed as an outstanding issue by virtue of being counted in the parentheses next to the Help link on the header of every Glitch page. I'd like to suggest that In Progress use the same color (a39f21) or not be counted in Help tickets open, as it can be potentially confusing. Alternatively, if there's a reason for the differentiation based on internal workflows then In Progress could be assigned its own color?
