Time to use thermometer on musicblocks

On the little icon in your inventory put a thermometer indicating when it's ready to play.
As time  goes by the thermometer fills up, and should probably change color at 100%.
Once it does that you know it's ready to play for max rewards.
You could do this for the conch too...

  • no-if everything you do is acknowledged by a "yo-over here" type of visual signal that specifically tells you "click here now-I'm ready" (or words to that effect) then this game will go downhill fast. In order to keep the game interesting, you need elements of surprise and discovery. TS has tried to keep these in place at the same time while making it so people do not have to develop spreadsheets to remember how, when and where to do many other tasks (such as donating to shrines). IMO, this is not necessary.

  • Sorry belchy, I agree with Holy Waterfall. We need a game to actually play. Not being told to click here now, and now over here. TS seems to have a fairly good balance, though for my taste making some of it a little too easy, too automated, and reducing the things that need striving for

  • I agree with the follow-up posts, that overly automating the process kills the game, the basic issue [having to track this in a spreadsheet, due to the severe penalty for getting it wrong] is real. Perhaps the (Super-bonus) indicator similar to what is used for food would work, along with a slight nerf (max 5 super-bonus per game day)
