Card carrying qualifications on auction

One of the real mystery of the dark art of Glitchean bureaucracy is the fact that Your Papers, which is more expensive, can be easily found relatively cheaply on auction, while Card Carrying Qualifications (CCQ) are usually nowhere to be seen and can only be bought for exorbitant prices.

This due to what I believe to be a quirk in the paper issuing system - players cannot obtain any more CCQ after they activate Your Paper (or is it CCQ?). This means that while the supply of Your Paper is abundant, the only people who can sell CCQ are those who know about this quirk. There's two very good reason for fixing this:

1. It makes the game more enjoyable for new players who don't want to make a long trek to a Bureaucratic Hall.
2. It closes an obvious exploit where certain players can make lots of currents very quickly.

  • To be honest it's such an early achievement I didn't even notice myself having to do any work to get it. In my opinion, if you find it so difficult to complete the CCQ quest that you'd rather buy it in auction you have to ask yourself why you're even bothering to play the game.

  • ''Long trek to a Bureaucratic Hall''?
    Oh dear.

  • Treks to Bureaucratic Hall should be long.  And there shouldn't be any parking when you get there.
