Yes, yes, "we're two weeks in" and we were supposed to see all kinds of nifty macro-economic changes away from mining as a dominant strategy, but several days after upper level cocktails and food became player-only, those prices have *dropped*, so it becomes *even better* to mine.
The only thing the auctions reflect is *supply* and it can take hours to get a result. Adding buy orders would reflect demand and mean that quick sales would be much easier. Otherwise we'll never see demand reflected in prices.
Knowing what other players need would provide some sort of outside direction, and constant interest, at least for me. I've been stopping in to check on my animals, and maybe make some stuff for donations, but I'm in the same kind of repetitive cycle as I was when I was cheesemongering. I'm kind of waiting for what I'm doing now to get nerfed and find the next cycle, and I know that I'll get bored of that.
Give me a market that indicates demand, so that every day there's a thing worth making different, please. Before I have a busy day, and Glitch drops off my radar completely.
