Having unsuccessfully run my first smuggling mission yesterday, I was introduced to the deimaginators. Evidently this is the militant wing of the Bureaucroc bureaucracy.
It brought a few questions to mind: who are these crocodillians? Which Giant imagined them and why? Clearly they're not agents of the Rook so they must have been put in place by some Giant or other for some reason or other. To simply maintain order and fancy permits, mayhap?
Yes, the reason is probably more "meta" as smuggling missions would be fairly lame without the Man to overcome, but thinking in terms of the game world I am intrigued.
Are there any resources out there for the lore of Ur as of yet? Have the Crocs ever been explained? Will it be explained whenever trees and rocks and piggies get their words back to a level sufficient for extensive discourse (/beta_nostalgia)?
