No, but what I have done is find a ghost in a location I thought I'd already searched. In some locations it's quite hard to be sure you've looked everywhere.
If you are using wiki images as a guide, be careful, because on some streets there may be more than one spot that looks like the requisite one. Check VERY thoroughly.
Echo what someone said above, if you're comparing to the images in that wiki be VERY sure you're actually looking in the correct place. Many streets have similar sections to them, and on some streets the ghosts are just plan tough to see given where they are and the background color. Use your mouse to pass through the place the ghost is SUPPOSED to be, sometimes you may realize it's actually there even though your eyes didn't pick it out.
You can also keep your eyes peeled on the Ghost Tour group and see when the next tour may be. http://www.glitch.com/groups/RUVJLA46O0E23IN/ Takes about 2 hours or so for the full tour, but you'll get a guided lead to each and every known ghost location in the game.
As far as I know, no new ghost locations have been added with the addition of the street projects.
maybe you have to spread to other places.
i found ghost in the forest, the swamps and finally found my last ghost in uralia caverns of all places lol ALOT of places to look , but the glitch strategy helped me
I know it's very hard, but be patient. It took me the longest time to find that last one, I had basically stopped looking. I came upon the last ghost by accident, and was very pleasantly surprised. I'm so glad the DNA has that whirring type noise, even if you can't find it at first you have plenty of time to scour that street to find your DNA. With the ghosts you don't have nearly as much time, if your mouse passes over the spot I've found the ghost can fade and disappear, almost lost one of the earlier ones that way. Best of luck finding that last elusive ghost.
