That slanty bit on the home streets

... that can't be cultivated seems to confuse *everyone* when they encounter it.  I have two suggestions for it.  First, warn the player either just before or just after they expand into that area (for all three of the expansions it applies to).  Something like "This area is too hilly to cultivate."  Second, in cultivate mode there should be some visual indication that that area is special -- maybe a heavy red line following the slant of the hill?

  • I like the idea of having the areas that can't be cultivated some how marked while in cultivation mode, not just the hill, but the house and signpost areas as well.  It would also be useful to have the boundaries of the current items shown (maybe in blue or green) when in cultivation mode, so that you can tell what might need a little nudgery.  

    I did actually find a use for the hill, because now I have placed my tower directly to the right of it, so that it has something to tower *over* (all one floor of it).

  • Another common use is to put an animal stick there and have your piggies gather in that space.
